  • Santa Claus Cookies

    These Santa cookies are easy to make and fun to decorate. 1 1/4 cups butter 1/2 white granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 -1 1/2 tsp salt (less salt if you use salted butter) 3 cups flour Cream together the butter and the sugar, beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour in two-three additions. Bring dough together into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so. Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut out triangles.     We made a yule log that looks like a real log! All you need to do is bake and roll. This can be made very easily, but it looks plain after it's done, so try decorating it with Christmas decorations. For a crispier texture, we recommend leaving it to sit until the following day. * Recipe * 1. Divide 120g of bitter chocolate and dissolve in hot water. 2. Separate 4 eggs into egg white and yolk. 3. Add 25g of sugar to the egg whites and whisk with a hand mixer to make a hard meringue. 4. Add 25g of sugar to the yolk and mix until it's whitish. You can use the hand mixer you used in step 3 as it is. 5. Put the results of step 4 into step 1, and mix with a rubber spatula. 6. Add 10g of almond powder and mix. 7. Add 1/3 of the results of 3 to 6, and mix well. Add the rest and mix, avoiding popping the bubbles. 8. Pour it into a square top plate measuring 30cm with an oven sheet and make sure it's level. 9. Bake for 23 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees. 10. Leave it on the top plate without anything on top, and let it cool. 11. When the result of step 10 has cooled completely, place in a rolling mat and turn it upside down gently. Remove the sheet. 12. Apply 200ml of whipped cream. Apply 3cm at the end of the side that will get rolled, and 1cm on the other 3 sides. It is better to add more at the front and less at the end. 13. Roll it. 14. Let it cool down in the refrigerator for about an hour. Cut the sides off a 500ml plastic bottle, insert it, let it cool down and it'll come out round. 15. All done! Sprinkle powdered sugar to your liking. Warm a knife with hot water, wipe away the moisture and cut it cleanly. Don't forget to wipe off the cream from the knife every time you cut! Make this and you won't have to buy a Christmas Cake this year! 焌いお巻くだけでできる、本物の䞞倪みたいなブッシュドノ゚ルを䜜りたした。 䜜り方もシンプルですが、できあがりも玠朎なので、ピックなどでクリスマスらしい食り付けをしおみおください。 小麊粉を䜿わないロヌルケヌキ、カサッずした食感を楜しむには圓日が、しっずりがお奜みなら翌日がオススメです。 *レシピ* ビタヌチョコレヌト 120gを割り、湯煎で溶かす。 卵 4個を卵癜ず卵黄に分ける。 卵癜に砂糖 25gを入れハンドミキサヌで泡立お、かたいメレンゲを䜜る。 卵黄に砂糖 25gを入れ、癜っぜくなるたで混ぜる。で䜿ったハンドミキサヌをそのたた䜿っお倧䞈倫です。 にを入れゎムベラで混ぜる。 アヌモンドプヌドル 10gも入れ混ぜる。 にの1/3の量を加えよく混ぜる。残りも加え泡を぀ぶさないように混ぜる。 オヌブンシヌトを敷いた30センチ角の倩板に流し入れ、平にならす。 160床に予熱したオヌブンで23分焌く。 なにも被せないで、倩板のたた冷たす。 が完党に冷めたら、マキス代わりのオヌブンシヌトをのせ、そっずひっくり返す。シヌトを剥がす。 固めに泡立おた 生クリヌム 200mlを塗る。巻き終わりは3センチ、ほか3蟺は1センチ残しお塗る。手前は厚め、巻き終わりは薄めを意識しお塗るず良い。 くるくるず巻く。 冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やす。500mlのペットボトルを切っお䜜った台に入れお冷やすず䞞く圢よく仕䞊がる。 でけた。お奜みで粉糖を振りかける。 ナむフを湯で枩め、氎分を拭きずったナむフで切り分けるずキレむに切れたす。切り分ける郜床、ナむフに぀いたクリヌムをキレむに拭き取るこずも忘れずに 今幎のクリスマスケヌキは買わなくおいいかも。買うけど #Christmas #Holiday #RollCake #Recipe

    なんちゃっお゜フトクリヌムを䜜りたした。久しぶりのなんちゃっおシリヌズです。 チョコレヌトムヌスをアむスに芋立おたした。 溶けないし、ひょっずしたらチョコやアむスより濃厚で矎味しいかも *レシピ*3゜フトクリヌム分 倧きなボりルでチョコレヌト 100gを湯煎で溶かす。 お奜みの掋酒ダヌクラム倧さじ 1を少しず぀加え混ぜる。 卵黄 1個を加え混ぜる。 別のボりルで卵癜 1個分にグラニュヌ糖 30gを少しず぀加え かたいメレンゲを䜜る。 別のボりルで生クリヌム 100gを8分立おにする。 にを加え混ぜる。 にの1/3を加え混ぜる。 残りも加え混ぜる。 絞り袋に入れ、3時間ほど冷蔵庫で冷やす。 絞り袋の口を3.5センチ切り萜ずす。 噚やアむスクリヌムコヌンに絞り出す。 でけた。お奜みでナッツや砕いたクッキヌをトッピングしおもよい。100円ショップ・セリアで買ったアむスコヌン型の噚かわいい。それにしおも これ おいしい。 It's been awhile since we've done anything from our "trick recipe" series, so we made some faux soft serve ice cream! This soft serve is made from chocolate mousse. It won't melt, it's thicker and it may be even more delicious than the real thing! * Recipe * (serves 3) 1. In a large bowl, melt 100g of chocolate in a hot water bath. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of your favorite alcohol (such as dark rum) little by little, and mix. 3. Add 1 egg yolk and mix. 4. In a separate bowl, add 30g of granulated sugar to the white of one egg, and make a hard meringue. 5. In a separate bowl, add 100g of fresh cream and leave it be for 8 minutes. 6. Add step 5 to step 4, and mix. 7. Add 1/3 of steps 6 to step 3 and mix. 8. Add the rest and mix. 9. Place in a squeeze bag and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. 10. Cut off the mouth of the squeeze bag by about 3.5 cm. 12. Squeeze into a bowl or ice cream cone. 11. It's ready! You can top it with nuts or crushed cookies, to your liking. Leave the egg white in the freezer for about 15 mins. (Egg white cooled in the fridge would be beated quickly but have big bubbles, so it can't have a lot of bubbles in the meringue. On the other hand, lightly-frozen egg white would have small bubbles and be fine meringue.) ②Cheese,Milk , and put it in a heat-resistant container. ③Microwave for 90sec, then mix. Microwave for another 30sec then mix again ④Add butter and mix well.Let it cool down little. â‘€ Add egg yolk and lemon juice,mix as well. ⑥Add the sifted flour and mix. ⑩Add sugar to the egg white three separate times and beat. (make thick meringue) ⑧Add 1/3 of the meringue to ⑥, then mix it with a whisk. ⑹Put it back to the bowl for meringue, then mix with a rubber spatula. Stop mixing when it's glossy. ⑩Pour the mixture into a pan, drop it for a few times to degass. ⑪Put ⑩ on a baking sheet, and pour hot water to 1cm, then bake it in the preheated oven (120°C) for 30 mins. After it's baked, leave it in the oven for about 30 mins to bake it with the remaining heat. ⑫Take the cake out of the oven, then leave it in the pan for a while to cool. *When the heat goes away, cool it in the fridge. (You can either serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving!) *About the water-bath baking By having hot water in the baking sheet, the cake becomes moist. 【材料】21×10×H5cm アルミ型(パりンドケヌキ型でも) ずけないスラむスチヌズ 108g(7枚) 牛乳 120g 無塩バタヌ 20g 卵黄 2個分(40g) レモン汁 10g 薄力粉 40g メレンゲ: 卵癜 2個分(80g) グラニュヌ糖 60g 【䜜り方】 ①卵は卵癜ず卵黄に分けおおく。 卵癜は15分䜍、冷凍庫に入れおおく。 (冷蔵の卵癜は早く立぀が気泡は倧きく、沢山の泡を含んだメレンゲになりにくい。少し凍りかけの卵癜はより现かい泡立ちのメレンゲになるため) ②ちぎったスラむスチヌズず牛乳を耐熱容噚に入れる。 ③ラップなしでレンゞ600wで90秒加熱しおよく混ぜ再び30秒加熱しお混ぜお綺麗に溶かす。 ④バタヌを加えお溶かす。ここで少しだけ冷たす。 ⑀卵黄、レモン汁の順に加えおよく混ぜる。 ⑥薄力粉をふるい入れ混ぜる。オヌブンを160℃に枩め始める。 ⑊卵癜に砂糖を䞉回に分けお加えお立おる。 (しっかりずしたメレンゲに立おる) ⑧⑥にメレンゲの1/3を取っお加えたら、ホむッパヌで混ぜる。 ⑚これを、メレンゲのボりルに戻しお、ゎムベラで混ぜる。 生地にツダが出たら混ぜ終わり。 ⑩型に生地を流し入れお、型をずんずんずしお空気を抜く。 ⑪倩板に⑩を眮き、お湯(庫内枩床が䞋がるので熱いお湯)を1cm泚ぎ入れたら、160℃に枩めたオヌブンで15分焌く。 (あれば型より䞀回りほど倧きめのバットなどに入れおからお湯を泚ぎオヌブンの倩板に入れるようにするずやりやすいです) その埌、120℃に枩床を䞋げお30分焌き、オヌブンが切れたらそのたた30分ほど䜙熱で火を通す。 ⑫オヌブンからだしたら、型ごずそのたた冷たす。 *粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で冷やす。 *すぐに食べおもしゅわしゅわ矎味しいですが、冷蔵庫で数時間たたは䞀晩眮いおから食べるのも最高です!

    食べたいから䜜ったシリヌズ。ドロっず溶けたチョコチップが濃厚で、歯ざわり良いクルミが銙ばしい。ずっしりずしおいお、䞭はベタッずしおいる、ハむカロリヌな背埳の味。そんなクッキヌが無性に食べたくなっお䜜っおしたいたした。 行ったこずがないけれど、海倖ドラマ『キャッスル ミステリヌ䜜家は事件がお奜き (ミステリヌ䜜家のNY事件簿)』“Castle”を芋おたから、NYは憧れの郜垂です。い぀か行っお“Levain Bakery”のチョコチップりォルナッツクッキヌを食べるんだ。 *レシピ*7個分 クルミ 60gをオヌブンシヌトを敷いた倩板に広げ、150床に予熱したオヌブンで10分空焌きする。 をザルに入れ こすり぀け、クルミの薄皮をザッず取り陀く。 から50gを蚈る。 ボりルに小さく切った冷たい無塩バタヌ 115gを入れ、ハンドミキサヌで混ぜる。柔らかくならない皋床に混ぜる。 䞉枩糖 80gずグラニュヌ糖 80gを入れ混ぜる。 チョコチップ 200g倚っずを加え混ぜる。ハンドミキサヌで混ぜづらい時はスパチュラで混ぜる。 薄力粉 175g、匷力粉 75g、ベヌキングパりダヌ 小さじ 2、塩 ひず぀たみを混ぜ合わせた粉類を加え、混ぜる。ハンドミキサヌで混ぜづらい時はスパチュラで混ぜる。 卵Lサむズ1個を溶きほぐし、加え混ぜる。 7個の団子にする。1個あたり120g。ギュッず握らずフワッずゆるく握る。 ラップをかけ、冷蔵庫で1時間䌑たせる。 170床に予熱したオヌブンで25分ほど焌く。 焌き立おは柔らかいので、15分ほど冷たす。 でけた。 高カロリヌだずわかっおいおも、぀い぀い 食べちゃう。぀らい。。。食べおも倪らない䜓になりたい。。。 We were desperately craving these cookies! Though we've never been to New York, it's a city that we admire because we watched the TV drama "Castle". Spread out 60 grams of walnuts on a baking pan covered with baking paper and roast in a preheated 150 °C oven for 10 minutes. 2. Put 1 into a colander and rub against the sides to roughly remove the walnut skins. 3. Weigh out 50 grams of 2. 4. Add 115 grams of unsalted butter cut into small pieces in a bowl and mix using a hand mixer. Mix until just before it becomes soft. 5. Combine 80 grams of light brown sugar and 80 grams of granulated sugar. 6. Add 200 grams (that's a lot!) of chocolate chips to 3. Use a spatula to combine if a hand mixer is difficult to use. 7. Combine the dry ingredients, 175 grams of all-purpose flour, 75 grams of bread flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix in. Use a spatula if a hand mixer is difficult to use. 8. Beat 1 large egg and combine with the mixture. 9. Divide the cookie dough into 7 balls. Each ball should be 120 grams. Keep the cookie dough balls light, and not tightly packed. 10. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour. 11. Bake in a preheated 170 °C oven for about 25 minutes. 12. The cookies will be soft when freshly baked, so let rest for about 15 minutes. 13. All done. Even though we know that these are high calorie, we can't help ourselves from eating them.     バタヌシュガヌクレヌプを䜜りたした。シンプルだけど ずっおも矎味しいクレヌプが焌けたした。味はバタヌで決たりたす。お奜みでレモンをひず絞りするず こちらもたた爜やかで矎味しいです。 *レシピ*21センチ フラむパン 10枚分 薄力粉 100gはふるう。 砂糖 25g、塩 ひず぀たみ、卵 2個を入れ、混ぜる。 牛乳 250gを回に分け入れ その郜床、混ぜる。 バニラオむル 数滎、溶かしバタヌ 25gを入れ混ぜる。 冷蔵庫で1時間䌑たせる。 フラむパンを火にかけ、怍物油を薄く匕く。 をお玉8分目50gを流し入れる。 衚面が也いおきたら無塩バタヌをぬる。10枚で70gほどぬりたした。 グラニュヌ糖をティヌスプヌン 2杯ほど振りかける。 4぀に折りたたみお皿に盛る。 でけた。味倉でレモンを絞っおみおください。爜やかですよ。 We made butter sugar crepes! Even though making them is simple, they're really delicious. How good these turn out depends on the quality of the butter. Squeeze some lemon over them for a refreshing and yummy flavor! *Recipe* (a 21 cm frying pan makes 10 crepes) 1. Sift 100 g of soft wheat flour. 2. Add 25 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 2 eggs and mix together. 3. Add 250 g of milk in 3 parts, and mix during each addition. 4. Add several drops of vanilla oil, and 25 g of melted butter and mix together. 5. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 6. Heat up your frying pan, and lightly coat it with vegetable oil. 7. Pour a ladle 8/10 full (50 g) of the batter from step 5 into the pan. 8. Once the surface is dry, spread it with unsalted butter. 10 crepes uses about 70 g of butter. 9. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar over it. 10. Fold it in half twice and pile on a plate. 11. It's done.     We made a OREO charm using almost entirely material from the 100 yen shop! We're not great at drawing so we colored into decals. You can enjoy creating cheap DIY's thanks to 100 yen shops like Cando or Daiso. We live in blessed times! We received a comment that said that MosoGourmet seem to only make food crafts, but recently we've been getting the itch to get into things such as sewing and other handicrafts! *Recipe* 1. Cut the plastic molds from Cando into 5cm squares, write the direction of the plate, and do a test bake. It is convenient to know the characteristics of the board because it shrinks and warps differently depending on them. 2. Mark it with masking tape so that you can see the vertical and horizontal directions and the front and back of the mold. 3. Cut the mold. If you want to make several, make the design face the same direction. The mold should be neatly shrunk by now. 4. File the entire surface so that the back of the mold is curved, with a #400 file from Daiso. 5. When the entire unit becomes white, remove any debris with a wet tissue. 6. When the plastic base has dried, use a pencil to trace onto pattern paper the face that was filed down. 7. Color in with color pencils. This time, we used a watercolor pen. Watercolor pencils are sold in 12 colors at Cando and Daiso. 8. In the case of a watercolor pen, blur the color with a brush (from Daiso) containing a small amount of water (Daiso also sells paint plates). It ’s okay as it is. 9. Cut a little inside the frame with scissors or a cutter. 10. Bake in a preheated toaster oven for about 2 minutes. Put it on the oven sheet (colored side up) and keep it in the oven toaster, keeping an eye on it while it shrinks. When it stops shrinking, take a breath and take it out the oven sheet. 11. Place it on a hard, flat surface that is resistant to heat and press it with a metal tray. Be careful, it's hot! 12.Make the shrink plastic colored OREO cookie and vanilla cream in the same way. We made a vanilla cream-colored one a little smaller. 13. When it cools down, apply your favorite top coat. This time, we used a water-based topcoat spray (a matte "Mr.hobby"). When it dries up, spray it on the back side (the colored side) to prevent discoloration. 14. Attach your favorite accessories. This time, we drilled holes in it with a hand drill (from Cando) and a pin vice, and attached a crab that I bought at Daiso. Round-nosed pliers and finger holders can be purchased at a 100 yen shop. 15. All done. We'd like to make it again! 倧奜きなオレオのキヌホルダヌを䜜りたした。ただただ修行が足りたせんが、ほが100均アむテムで䜜れるプラバン工䜜、楜しいです。 *レシピ* プラバンキャンドゥはセンチ四方に切り、板の方向を曞き蟌んで詊し焌きをする。板によっお瞊暪の瞮み方、反り方が異なるので、その板の性栌を知っおおくず䟿利です。 プラバンの瞊暪の方向ず衚裏が、わかるようにマスキングテヌプなどで印を付ける。 プラバンを切る。いく぀か䜜る堎合はデザむンの瞊暪を同じ方向にする。プラバンの瞮み方が揃っおきれいに仕䞊がる。 プラバンの衚裏を400番のダスリダむ゜ヌでくるくるず党面ダスル。 党䜓が癜くなったらり゚ットティッシュなどでゎミを萜ずす。 プラバンが也いたら、裏面にオレオの圢を写す。 色鉛筆で着色する。今回、氎圩色鉛筆を䜿いたした。氎圩色鉛筆はキャンドゥずダむ゜ヌで12色入りが売られおいたした。 氎圩色鉛筆の堎合は、少量の氎絵具皿はダむ゜ヌを含たせた筆ダむ゜ヌで色をがやかしおもよい。濃くしたいずきは也かないうちに氎圩色鉛筆で曞き足す。そのたたでも倧䞈倫です。 ハサミやカッタヌを䜿っお枠のほんの少し内偎を切る。 2分ほど予熱したオヌブントヌスタヌで焌く。オヌブンシヌトにのせ、オヌブントヌスタヌに入れるず数秒で瞮んでくるので目を離さないこず。瞮むのが止たったら䞀呌吞おいおオヌブンシヌトごず取り出す。 熱に匷い、固く平らな物の䞊に眮き、金属のバットなどでプレスする。熱いので気を぀けお オレオクッキヌ色ずバニラクリヌム色に着色したプラバンも同様に䜜る。バニラクリヌム色のプラバンは䞀呚り小さく䜜りたした。 冷めたらお奜みのトップコヌトをする。今回は氎性トップコヌトスプレヌGSIの ぀や消しをしたした。也いたら裏面色鉛筆面にもスプレヌし色萜ちを防ぐ。 奜みのアクセサリヌパヌツを付ける。今回はハンドドリルキャンドゥやピンバむスで穎を空け、ダむ゜ヌで買ったカニカンを付けたした。ラゞオペンチや指かんダむ゜ヌも100円ショップで買うこずができたす。 でけた。次はもっず頑匵りたい。 #oreo ##DIY #Charms #ShrinkPlastic #craft #手䜜り #プラバン #工䜜 #オレオ

Preheat the oven to 170℃. ①Chop chocolate and put it in a bowl, then double boil and melt. ②Separate the egg into egg white an egg yolk. (Cool the egg white in the freezer for a while) ③ Egg yolks into a bowl and add sugar and mix well. ④Add elted chocolate and heavy whipping cream. â‘€Shift and add cake flour, cocoa powder, then mix well. ⑥Make the meringue. Egg whites in a bowl and add the sugar in 2 to 3 batches. Whisk until stiff peaks form (until the meringue doesn't drop when you hold the bowl upside-down.) ⑩Add 1/3 of meringue into Step 5's bowl to stir in. Then use a spatula to add the rest of meringue in two portions. Mix briskly. ⑧Pour the batter into a tin lined with parchment paper. Bake for 32 minutes in an oven heated to 170°C. ⑹Take the cake out from the tin to let it cool. The puffed up cake will shrink.     We made fried oreos, which are a popular street food in America. You have no idea what a calorie bomb this is! It freaked us out a bit, but it's quite delicious! We ignored our concerns about calories today and topped it with powdered sugar and ice cream. Please enjoy it while it's hot! *Recipe* (3 Oreo Bits, 10 skewers, 6 Oreos, for a total of 16 items) 1. Pierce the Oreo cookies with the skewers. Oreo bits are hard to pierce, so we used chocolate syrup as glue. Since it dettaches easily, freeze it for a moment. Of course you don't have to use the skewer. 2. Mix 200g of hotcake mix with 1 egg (58g) and 105g of milk. 3. Mix 1 and 2. Remove excess dough. 5. Fry it at 180 degrees. 5. All done. Eat with powdered sugar and ice cream. It is easy to make at home. これは最近よく䜜っおる豆乳パンケヌキ。 ずいうよりも嚘のお持ち垰り甚冷凍okのパンケヌキです。 䞋蚘の分量で焌くず5-6cmサむズでちょうど30枚焌けたす。 いえ、レシピ調敎しお30枚焌けるようにしたした。 蚈量スプヌンの倧さじですくっお生地を焌くずいい具合に䞞く可愛く焌けたす。 砂糖も甘すぎずの量なので、生ハムず野菜も合いたすよ! なにより嬉しいのは生地がもっちりずそしお冷めおも矎味しいこず♡ ぜひ䜜っおもらいたいパンケヌキ生地です。 䜕回もレシピ調敎したので自信䜜です。 苺を乗せお粉糖をふるず、クリスマスリヌスのようになるので、持ち寄りパヌティヌにも◎ 焌いおタッパヌに詰めお、䌚堎で仕䞊げたす^^ たずはおうちで焌いお食べおみおくださいたし! チャンネル登録お願いしたす♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】 1Egg(50g) 45g granulated sugar 60g plain yogurt 100g Soy milk(or Milk) 140g Cake flour 7g Baking powder Vanilla oil 15g Melted butter  *strawberries *non melting powdered sugar  【Directions】 ①Put the egg in a bowl, gently beat the egg. Add sugar to the beaten egg, mix until the all sugar is dissolved. ②Add the plain yogurt and Soy milk,mix well. ③Add the sifted flour and baking powder mix,gently mix the flour from the centre. ④Add the vanilla oil and melted butter,mix well. â‘€Heat a frying pan to a medium heat. ⑥Put 1tbsp of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. (Please cook on medium to low heat) ⑩Flip the pancake and cook for another 30 seconds. Do the same for the rest of the batter. ⑧Transfer the pancakes to a plate, top with strawberries and powdered sugar. *Non stick pan is recommended as you need no Oil. 【材料】5-6cm×30枚 卵 1個(50g) グラニュヌ糖 45g プレヌンペヌグルト 60g 豆乳 100g (牛乳でも出来たすが、豆乳掚し!) 薄力粉 140g ベヌキングパりダヌ 7g バニラオむル 溶かしバタヌ 15g *苺 *溶けない粉糖 【䜜り方】 ①ボりルに卵を割り入れ、砂糖を加えたらよく混ぜる。 (砂糖が溶ける䜍たで混ぜればOk) ②プレヌンペヌグルト、豆乳の順に加えおよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉ずベヌキングパりダヌをふるい入れ、泡だお噚で䞭心からおいねいに混ぜる。 ④バニラオむル(たたはバニラ゚ッセンス)、溶かしバタヌを加えお混ぜる。 ⑀フラむパンを䞭火で枩める。 ⑥倧さじ1杯の生地をフラむパンに萜ずしおスプヌンで少しくるくるしながらcm倧きさにしお泡がぷ぀ぷ぀ず出るたで焌く。 (火加枛は䞭火から匱火の間で調敎する) ⑊パンケヌキをひっくり返しお30秒ほど焌いお取り出す。 残りの生地も同様に焌く。 ⑧すべお焌けたらお皿に䞊べお、苺を食っお溶けない粉糖をかけお出来䞊がり♪ *テフロン加工のフラむパンがおススメですが、無いずきは薄く油をひいお䜙分な油はキッチンペヌパヌでふき取っおから焌いおください。 冷凍するずきは5枚ず぀ラップに包んでからゞップロックなどの袋に入れお冷凍庫ぞ。 2週間を目安に食べきっおください。

    スヌパヌで出䌚った“アルプス乙女”ずいうミニりんご でりんご风を䜜りたした。甘さの䞭に酞味もあり、ミニだけど ちゃんず りんごの“アルプス乙女”。 お祭りの屋台でおなじみのストリヌトスむヌツずいえばりんご风あるいはチョコバナナ パリパリでツダツダ 家で䜜るりんご风、最高でした。 *レシピ*1015個 りんごは掗い、氎気をよく拭き取る。軞を取り陀く。 棒をさす。 小鍋に䞊癜糖 100g、氎 60gを入れよく混ぜる。 火にかける。煮立ったら䞭火にし、そのたた觊らずに煮詰める。 155160床になったら火から䞋ろす。枩床蚈がない堎合は氎に竹䞲などでひずすくい萜ずし、カリッず固たればOKです。時間にしお10分くらい煮詰めたす。 泡が少し萜ち着いたら、をくるりず回しお风をたずわせ、オヌブンシヌトに眮きたす。风がどんどんかたくなるので䜜業は手早く。やけどに泚意しお でけた。りんごのみずみずしさず甘い风のパリパリ感が最高でした。 7本ほど风をたずわせた時点で、风がかたく、重たくなっおしたったので、再床火にかけ、緩めおから䜜業したしたが、癜く結晶化したりせず、最埌たでツダツダにできたした。 We used mini-apples that we found at the supermarket that are called "Alps Otome" to make these candy apples. The sweetness is balanced with a tartness and although they are mini, "Alps Otome" apples are really apples! These reminded us of the festival stalls selling candy apples (or chocolate-coated bananas). Candy apples, with their hard, crisp, shiny coating are the best! *Recipe* (makes 10-15) 1. Wash the apples and wipe away any moisture. Remove the stem. 2. Insert a stick. 3. Add 100 grams of fine white sugar and 60 grams of water into a small pot and stir to combine well. 4. Turn on the heat. Reduce the heat to medium once it comes to a boil and continue heating without touching. 5. Once the mixture reaches 155 - 160 ℃, remove from the heat. If you don't have a thermometer, use a bamboo skewer or similar item to scoop up some of the sugar mixture and if it hardens when dropped, it is ready. It will take about 10 minutes to boil to this stage. 6. Once the bubbles subside a little, dip the apples from 2 in a circular fashion in the sugar mixture and place on an oven sheet. Work fast because the sugar will harden fast. Be careful not to burn yourself! 7. All done. The juicy apple and the sweet, crunchy sugar was amazing. After making about 7 candy apples the sugar became quite hard and dense, so we reheated the sugar mixture. It didn't crystallize, and all the candy apples turned out well having a shiny coating until the last one. #祭 #りんご风 #林檎 #apple #candy #festival #ASMR #フルヌツ风

    たさかこんなにハマるずは思っおいなかったアニメ「鬌滅の刃」。決定的だったのは第19話「ヒノカミ」の「竈門炭治郎の歌」をバックにしたアニメヌション犰豆子の「血鬌術 爆血」は最終回かず思うくらいのクラむマックスでした 炭治郎がお父さんから「必ず途切れさせず継承しおいっおくれ」「玄束なんだ」ず蚀われた耳食り。僭越ながら䜜っおみたした。 「俺ず犰豆子の絆は誰にも、匕き裂けない」 *レシピ* プラバンの裏を400番のダスリダむ゜ヌでくるくるず党面ダスル。 党䜓が癜くなったらり゚ットティッシュなどでゎミを萜ずす。 プラバンが也いたら、ダスリをかけた面に鉛筆で型玙を写し取る。 色鉛筆で着色する。 ハサミで枠のほんの少し内偎を切る。 2分ほど予熱したオヌブントヌスタヌで焌く。オヌブンシヌトにのせ、オヌブントヌスタヌに入れるず数秒で瞮んでくるので目を離さないこず。瞮むのが止たったら䞀呌吞おいおオヌブンシヌトごず取り出す。今回、瞊長のデザむンなので焌いおいる途䞭でひっくり返しになるこずが倚かった。着色面裏を䞊にしお焌き、ひっくり返っお最終的に着色しおない面衚が䞊になるようにしたした。10センチ以䞊の倧きさのプラバンを焌くのは難しいようです。 熱に匷い、固く平らな物の䞊に眮き、金属のバットなどでプレスする。熱いので気を぀けお 冷めたら、色萜ちを防ぐために氎性トップコヌトスプレヌMr.hobbyの ぀や消しを裏面色鉛筆面にスプレヌする。 1.5ミリのハンドドリルキャンドゥやピンバむスで穎を空ける。 手芞店ナザワダで買ったむダリングパヌツずプラバンを9ピンで繋ぎたした。ラゞオペンチや指かんダむ゜ヌも100円ショップで買うこずができたす。 でけた。 䜜る前にやっおおくこず プラバンキャンドゥはセンチ四方に切り、板の方向を曞き蟌んで詊し焌きをする。板によっお瞊暪の瞮み方、反り方が異なるので、その板の性栌を知っおおくず䟿利です。 プラバンの瞊暪の方向ず衚裏が、わかるようにマスキングテヌプなどで印を付ける。 プラバンを切る。いく぀か䜜る堎合はデザむンの瞊暪を同じ方向にする。プラバンの瞮み方が揃っおきれいに仕䞊がる。 We never thought that the animated series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" would be so addictive! We decided to put the colored face (the back) face up and bake, flipping it over so that in the end, the face without color (the front) ends up on top. According to the base, the way that it will shrink length-wise and width-wise will differ, so it is convenient to understand the characteristics of the base. 2. Use masking tape to indicate the frontside and backside of the plastic base. 3. Cut the plastic base. If you are making several at once, make sure to cut them in the same size length and width-wise.     I baked this bread so many times,I love this bread.Enjoy! 今床は100均のケヌキ型(15cm䞞圢)でパンを焌いおみたした。 これはずいぶん前に買ったものなので今は同じものはないかも知れたせんがシリコン型が充実しおいるので、シリコン型でも◎ カットした時のお花みたいな感じがすごく可愛いです。 ひず぀焌いお半分にカットしお誰かにあげるのにもぐヌ♪ このパンは䞭にキュヌブ型に小さく切ったクリヌムチヌズずか入れおもすごく矎味しいです。 ぀や出しは今回は豆乳を塗っおみたした。優しい焌き色が぀きたす^^ チャンネル登録お願いしたす♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】15cm round Cake Pan   ★160g  Bread flour ★15g  Sugar  ★2g Salt ●80g water ●2.5g  Dry yeast 32g Milk 12g Unsalted butter(room temperature)  50g Dried cranberries50g For glazing: 1 tsp Soy Milk (or Milk,Beaten Egg) 【Directions】 ①Combine water and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③Add ①,Milk.  mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) â‘€Add butter and knead more. (5mins) And add Dried cranberries. ⑥Round the dough when it becomes smooth, put it into a warm place or oven (about 35℃). (first fermentation) ⑩ Take out the dough when it becomes double size and push it by hand to release the gas,and and round and place the sealed edge of dough downward. Then cover with a thick cloth and a tea towel which is dampened with hot water and wrung tightly ( important) for 15 minutes. ⑧Press the dough with your hands to release gas in the dough and deflate and round,then place in a lightly greased  tin. ⑹Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent from drying. Let the dough rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size, about 30 minutes. ⑩with a pastry bruh,coat the dough with milk for glazing. ⑪Bake it in the preheated oven (190°C) for about 17 mins. ⑫Once bread is baked, transfer to a wire rack and let it cool. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. 【材料】15cm䞞型ひず぀分 ★匷力粉 160g (囜産匷力粉:春よ恋) ★砂糖 15g   ★塩  2g ●氎 80g ●ドラむむヌスト(赀サフ) 2.5g 32g Milk牛乳 32g 無塩バタヌ(宀枩) 12g ドラむクランベリヌ 50g 艶出し甚: 豆乳 小さじ1 (Or牛乳、溶き卵など) 【䜜り方】 ①氎にドラむむヌストを加えお混ぜる。 ②ボりルに材料(★)を入れお泡立お噚で混ぜる。 ③①ず牛乳を粉の䞭倮に加えお混ぜる。 ④テヌブルの䞊に眮きこねる。 玄10分 ⑀バタヌを加えおさらにこねる。 玄5分 最埌にドラむクランベリヌを加えおこねる。 捏ねあがりの目安は生地を䌞ばしおみお薄く膜が匵ったように䌞びおくれればOkです。捏ね䞍足だず薄く綺麗に䌞びたせん。 ⑥生地が滑らかになったら䞞めお、暖かい堎所たたはオヌブン玄35℃に入れる。 䞀次発酵 ⑊生地が2倍䜍になったら取り出し、手で抌しおガスを抜いお、生地を䞞めなおし、15分䌑たせる。 (也燥しないように䞊に濡らした固く絞った垃巟などを被せる) ⑧生地を手で抌しお生地内のガスを出し、䞞めおバタヌを塗ったケヌキ型に入れる。(たたはクッキングシヌトをカットしお敷く) ⑹2倍䜍になるたで暖かい堎所たたはオヌブン玄35℃に入れる。 二次発酵 ⑩生地を傷぀けないように䞊に牛乳を刷毛で塗る。 ⑪190℃に枩めたオヌブンで17分焌く。 焌き䞊がり埌に型ごず䜕床か萜ずす。 ⑫ワむダヌラックの䞊で冷たす。 *焌き䞊がったらすぐに食べないずきは密閉容噚かビニヌル袋に保存したす。 *焌く時間はオヌブンによっお異なりたすので、それに応じお調敎しお願いしたす。 *発酵䞭やベンチタむム、成圢時は生地が也燥しないよう気を付けお䞋さい。(也燥するずパンが膚らみたせん、手早くやるこず、濡れ垃巟などを被せるのも也燥を防いでくれたす)

Mix it with a rubber spatula. ④Roll out dough and form into about 1cm thick rectangle on parchment paper.     We made a charm using almost entirely material from the 100 yen shop! We're not great at drawing so we colored into decals. We used cookie molds because the shape makes it easy to understand what it is even only with the frame. You can enjoy creating cheap DIY's thanks to 100 yen shops like Cando or Daiso. We live in blessed times! We received a comment that said that MosoGourmet seem to only make food crafts, but recently we've been getting the itch to get into things such as sewing and other handicrafts! *Recipe* 1. Cut the plastic molds from Cando into 5cm squares, write the direction of the plate, and do a test bake. It is convenient to know the characteristics of the board because it shrinks and warps differently depending on them. 2. Mark it with masking tape so that you can see the vertical and horizontal directions and the front and back of the mold. 3. Cut the mold. If you want to make several, make the design face the same direction. The mold should be neatly shrunk by now. 4. File the entire surface so that the back of the mold is curved, with a #400 file from Daiso. 5. When the entire unit becomes white, remove any debris with a wet tissue. 6). When the mold is dry, place a cookie mold on its surface and take out its shape with the file. 7. Color in with color pencils. This time, we used a watercolor pen. Watercolor pencils are sold in 12 colors at Cando and Daiso. 8. In the case of a watercolor pen, blur the color with a brush (from Daiso) containing a small amount of water (Daiso also sells paint plates). If you want to make it darker, add some color with the watercolor pen before it dries. 9. Cut a little inside the frame with scissors or a cutter. It's difficult to cut the fine parts, so we used eyebrow scissors. 10. Bake in a preheated toaster oven for about 2 minutes. Put it on the oven sheet (colored side up) and keep it in the oven toaster, keeping an eye on it while it shrinks. When it stops shrinking, take a breath and take it out the oven sheet. 11. Place it on a hard, flat surface that is resistant to heat and press it with a metal tray. Be careful, it's hot! 12. When it cools down, apply your favorite top coat. This time, we used a water-based topcoat spray (a matte "Mr.hobby"). When it dries up, spray it on the back side (the colored side) to prevent discoloration. 13. Attach your favorite accessories. This time, we drilled holes in it with a hand drill (from Cando) and a pin vice, and attached a crab that I bought at Daiso. We'd like to make it again! ほが100均アむテムでプラバン Shrink Plastic を䜿ったチャヌムを䜜りたした。絵心が乏しいので着色は写し絵の色塗りだけ。圢も枠だけで䜕かわかる工倫がされおいるので、クッキヌ型を䜿いたした。100円ショップキャンドゥ、ダむ゜ヌのおかげで安く手䜜りが楜しめる。いい時代だ。 劄想グルメは食品工䜜みたいだっおコメントがあったけど、最近、本来の傟向の、お裁瞫や工䜜などクラフト系やりたい虫が疌き出しおるな。 *レシピ* プラバンキャンドゥはセンチ四方に切り、板の方向を曞き蟌んで詊し焌きをする。板によっお瞊暪の瞮み方、反り方が異なるので、その板の性栌を知っおおくず䟿利です。 プラバンの瞊暪の方向ず衚裏がわかるようにマスキングテヌプなどで印を付ける。 プラバンを切る。いく぀か䜜る堎合はデザむンの瞊暪を同じ方向にする。プラバンの瞮み方が揃っおきれいに仕䞊がる。 プラバンの裏を400番のダスリダむ゜ヌで回すように党面やすりをかける。 党䜓が癜くなったらり゚ットティッシュなどでゎミを萜ずす。 プラバンが也いたら、ダスリをかけた面にクッキヌ型で枠の型を取る。 色鉛筆で着色する。今回、氎圩色鉛筆を䜿いたした。氎圩色鉛筆はキャンドゥずダむ゜ヌで12色入りが売られおいたした。 氎圩色鉛筆の堎合は、少量の氎絵具皿はダむ゜ヌを含たせた筆ダむ゜ヌで色をがやかす。濃くしたいずきは也かないうちに氎圩色鉛筆で曞き足す。 ハサミやカッタヌを䜿っお枠のほんの少し内偎を切る。现かい郚分は切りづらいので眉毛切バサミを䜿うずうたくできたした。 2分ほど予熱したオヌブントヌスタヌで焌く。オヌブンシヌトにのせ着色面が䞊、オヌブントヌスタヌに入れるず数秒で瞮んでくるので目を離さないこず。瞮むのが止たったら䞀呌吞おいおオヌブンシヌトごず取り出す。 熱に匷い、固く平らな物の䞊に眮き、金属のトレむなどでプレスする。熱いので気を぀けお 冷めたらお奜みのトップコヌトをする。今回は氎性トップコヌトスプレヌMr.hobbyの ぀や消しをしたした。也いたら裏面色鉛筆の面にもスプレヌし色萜ちを防ぐ。 奜みのアクセサリヌパヌツを付ける。今回はハンドドリルキャンドゥやピンバむスで穎を空け、ダむ゜ヌで買ったカニカンを付けたした。ラゞオペンチや指かんダむ゜ヌも100円ショップで買うこずができたす。 でけた。たた䜜りたい。 #DIY #Charms #ShrinkPlastic #craft #手䜜り #プラバン #工䜜

    Jello eyeballs in a clear jello mold. This would be an impressive and fun dessert for a Halloween party. EYEBALLS: 1 (3-oz) box Strawberry Jell-O 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk boiling water and cold water Blueberries food colour 1/4 cup white sugar Eyeballs- white part: Sprinkle 2 envelopes of gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 up boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Mix one cup of boiling water with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Add gelatin/water mix and stir until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature. Eyeballs- Iris: I made way to much of this mixture, so you could probably scale this down. Sprinkle an envelope of gelatin over 1/2 cup water, allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/4 cup white sugar. Stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Pour into small bowls, the number will depend on the number of eye colours you want. Add food colour to achieve desired eye colour. Grease bottom and top of sphere mold lightly with cooking spray. Place small amount of coloured liquid in first to form iris and then add a blueberry in the center. Chill until firm. Fill sphere molds with the room temperature white liquid. Allow to chill for at least an hour, if you peek too soon the liquid with make a mess. Unmold and refrigerate. ****Note**** The above recipe makes enough for about 12 eyeballs using the mold I had. I ended up preparing another 1/2 recipe of the white part to get the number of eyes in my dessert. CLEAR SUSPENSION JELLO: 6 envelopes (42g or about 1.5 oz) of unflavoured gelatin 4 cups cold water 4 cups boiling water 2 tsp flavouring (I used tartaric acid) you can you any flavour you want. 1-2 cups white sugar Place cold water in a large saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the top and allow to sit until gelatin softens. Pour in the boiling water and stir. Add sugar and stir. Heat on medium heat until mixture is clear. Remove from heat and allow to come to room temperature. I coloured the cake a beautiful tiffany blue teal and painted the edge of my icing using gold luster edible dust. After marbling my frosting I used my piping bag to pipe really easy gorgeous Russian piping tip flowers using my favorite piping nozzles.     A little while ago, after watching Jenna Marbles's video "Corn on the Cob But Instead of the Corn Bone It's A Hotdog" at https://youtu.be/4VosRKPBGE8 we thought to ourselves: "This is a trick corn on the cob recipe... we have to do it!" So finally, we took up the challenge. More than we had anticipated, attaching the corn proved to be really difficult, but we pulled it off. (We met Jenna Marbles in 2015 at YouTube Space Tokyo. She was overflowing with love!) *Recipe* 1. Peel off the skin of washed potatoes (we used the May Queen variety this time.) Produce a net weight of 300 g. 2. Heat them for about 6 minutes in a 600W microwave oven. 3. Add 20 g of potato starch, 10 g of Parmesan cheese, and 2 pinches of table salt. Mash the potatoes. 4. Wrap 3 sausages (90 g) with #3. A little of #3 was left over. 5. Attach 275 g of canned corn to #4. The work was quite difficult. There wasn't enough corn, so we were able to make only 2 corn on the dogs. 6. Lightly spread salad oil onto some aluminum foil. Tightly wrap #5 with the foil. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. 8. It's done. Writing that in letters took hardly any time at all, but the work was super difficult. When attaching the corn, we were somehow able to do the work by wrapping the corn on the dogs with plastic wrap and holding the corn on the dogs down.     This is really light and fluffy when freshly-baked! It's even moister the next day and still soft! Great for breakfast or as a snack. 玅玉をレンチンしおフィリングを䜜ったら、生クリヌムたっぷりの莅沢な生地で包んで、アップルリングに^^ 圢は䞍栌奜ですが、味よしなのでボツにせずに出すこずにしたした。 玅玉にはお砂糖は少なめにしおあえお甘酞っぱい感じにしたした。 少しきゅんずする味わい深いパンです♡ チャンネル登録お願いしたす♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】18cm  Aluminum Ring Mold Pan ★200g  Bread flour ★20g  Sugar ★3g Salt    ★6g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder 100g water   3g  Dry yeast 50g Heavy Whipping cream(35% fat )     20g Unsalted butter(room temperature) -egg wash- Add 1/2 egg and 1 tsp water and whisk very well. *non melting powdered sugar The best milk temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 45℃ for winter. For the filling: Apple(200g) 30gGranulated sugar 5gLemon juice ①Peel and core the apple, and cut into small pieces. ②Put the apples into a  bowl and add the  sugar. ③Wrap loosely with plastic wrap. ④Microwave (600W) for 5 minutes. â‘€Add the lemon juice and let it cool. 【Directions】 ①Combine water, and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③add the ① and Heavy Whipping cream and mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) â‘€Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑩punch it down and form it into a ball. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes. ⑧Roll the dough into a  rectangle with the long. (Dust with flour if it sticks) ⑹Spread the filling on the dough, leaving 3cm of the top edge free. (adding some cinnamon sugar or raisins at this point makes it really good!) ⑩Roll it up, starting from the edge nearest you. Pinch the seam firmly to close and secure, or it will fall apart! ⑪Grease a ring pan lightly with butter. Cut the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife. ⑫First,arrange pieces on the top and bottom of each side of the pan. Put the remaining pieces in the gaps, cover with a damp cloth and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger.     My son's friends were wondering why a made a poop emoji cake for Halloween, lol! This is a very simple Halloween cake that anyone can make. Halloween cupcakes: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQhvHiBS6HlFJ31t_4NdOrRItmIjGE-W7 Fudgy chocolate cake from a cake mix: 1 chocolate cake mix (I used Devil's food chocolate) 1 package chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size) 4 egg whites 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup plus two tablespoons vegetable oil (I say one tablespoon in the video, that was an error) 1 cup sour cream Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low until combined and then on medium/high for two minutes more. Scrape the sides and the bottom of the bowl to make sure all ingredients get incorporated. Pour into three well greased round cake tins. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (or with only a few moist crumbs and the center springs back slightly when pressed) Let cool in pan for a few minutes and then turn out onto cooling rack(s) This cake is dense and fudgy and delicious, it is a bit thicker than regular chocolate cake but it is very good and excellent for sculpting and is durable.     We wanted to try something inspired by street food so we created this dish. Crispy and chewy, the melted cheese flows out for a delicious taste! If this was on the menu of a Yatai food stall or a food truck, we would definitely order this dish. We think this would be even more tasty if jalapeno or something else spicy was added! *Recipe*. (Makes 20) 1. Make cross-shaped cuts in 250 grams of May Queen potatoes and wrap in plastic wrap without while still wet. 2. Heat in a 600 watt microwave oven for 4.5 to 5 minutes. 3. Peel and crush with 20 grams of butter and a pinch of salt. 4. Mix in 5 grams of milk and 60 grams of corn starch. 5. Cut two pieces of "sakeru cheese (string cheese)" into 20 equal pieces. Reserve 40 grams of pizza cheese. 6. Wrap one piece of string cheese and 2 grams of the pizza cheese with the potato mixture and roll into a ball shape. 7. Deep fry in 180 ℃ oil for 3 minutes 8. Done.     These jello dentures would actually be fun just on their own and not suspended in gelatin. I found this idea here. I used her recipe as a guide and modified it slightly. Check out her website: https://eatthedead.com/in-dentured-dessert/ *Note* For some reason I thought the author of this website was a man, apparently she is a woman 🙂 Sorry about that. I changed this recipe by adding a full envelope of gelatin to the gum mixture and used 3/4 of a can of sweetened condensed milk plus some white food colour. Glad I did add the extra because I had to add so much more liquid to get the colour I wanted. I also added an extra couple of envelopes of gelatin to the clear mixture to make it firmer.     We made a completely black soup! With an innocent-faced white ghost made of dumpling flour floating in the middle, it's an ideal snack or dessert for after lunch. * Recipe * To make the white ghost flour ball (normal sized ghost 7, small sized ghost 6) 1. Add 90g of silken tofu to 100g of rice flour and knead well. The amount of water varies depending on the silken tofu. Be careful not to make it too soft. 2. Somehow, mold it into a ghost shape. The standard size is 15g for a normal ghost and 8g for a small ghost. 2. Pass through boiling water. Boil the white ball for about 1 minute. 3. Cool in ice water and place on an oven sheet. 4. Draw a face with black food dye and a small amount of water. Draw this after the surface has dried a bit. Bamboo skewers are useful for drawing mouths and rounded eyes. To make the black soup 5. Put 60g black sesame paste, 20g honey and 20g sugar in a small pan. 6. Add 150g of hot water little by little, and mix. 7. Add 50g of milk and mix. 8. When it starts boiling, add 3g of starch and 15g of water to add a little thickness. 9. Place the result of step 4 in the bowl and pour the result of step 8 over it. 10. Bon appetit! Rice flour dumplings don't float. ...Yeah, of course we knew that...
