This is a truly useful cookbook. It offers the kind of flavor profiles that families like mine want and enjoy nowadays, yet really need some help figuring out how to create those kinds of recipes. For example, I love Southeast Asian dishes but didn’t know how to get those flavors in my kitchen. So, the Shrimp and Rice Soup recipe was a big help to me, and my family loves it, along with the ham and shrimp jambalaya, too.

I also really like how the book updates traditional recipes, like the seafood tetrazzini (one of our family faves!), and how quick and easy the recipes are. The photos are so gorgeous and make the food look truly tempting. This is a real lifesaver, especially for busy families like ours who would like some genuinely good meals that we can all enjoy.
