Fold it until powderiness disappears and lumps form. ④Add the chocolate chips and sliced almonds. Fold them into the dough. *DO NOT overmix ⑤Cut the cookie dough into 10 pieces. Preheat the oven at 170℃(338°F). ⑥Shape into small balls, place them on a baking sheet , then flatten out with your fingers. ⑦Bake at 170℃(338°F)for 16minutes. ⑧Take the tray out from the oven, let it cool. Freshly baked cookies are very soft, so please don't peel cookies out from parchment paper. ●Please store them in a sealed container to keep a crispy texture. It's even better to put a desiccant in the container together. 【材料】 ●ココア味 無塩バター 60g グラニュー糖 35g 塩 1g (入れすぎると塩が前に出すぎるので、きっちり量ります) 卵黄 20g ★薄力粉 65g ★アーモンドプードル 20g ★ココアパウダー  15g チョコレートチップ 50g アーモンドスライス 35g ●プレーン味 *ココアと同じように作ります 無塩バター 60g グラニュー糖 35g 塩 1g 卵黄 20g ★薄力粉 65g ★アーモンドプードル 20g チョコレートチップ 50g くるみ 35g 【作り方】 ①ボウルにバター、砂糖、塩を入れてゴムベラでよくなじませるように混ぜたら、泡立て器に持ち替えてよく混ぜる。 ***白っぽくふわっとするまでよく混ぜる。 ②卵黄を3回に分けて加えその都度よく混ぜる。 ③★印の材料をふるって加え、切るように混ぜながら最後はボウルに押し付けるように混ぜひとかたまりにする。 ④チョコチップとスライスしたアーモンドを加え混ぜる。 ***チョコチップは少し残しておき、最後に上にトッピングする。 ⑤生地を10個に分割する。 オーブンを170℃に予熱スタート。 ⑥生地を天板に置き、指などで平らにして並べる。 少し残しておいたチョコチップを乗せて軽く手で押さえる。 ⑦170℃で約16分間焼く。 ⑧オーブンから取り出し、そのまま冷ます。 ***焼きたてのクッキーは柔らかいので、無理やりはがしたりせずに、そのまま冷ましましょう。 冷めると固まり、サクサクになります。 ●サクサクした食感を保つために、密閉容器に入れて保存します。 一緒に乾燥材を入れておくと良いです。

    みんな大好き、不二家のポップキャンディで公式アイスキャンディが作れると知って、だったら同じ不二家のアンパンマン ペロペロキャンディでも作れるのでは?と思いやってみました。これぞまさにアイスキャンディだね。(大昔に、今はログインできない古いアカウントでやった時も思ったんだけど、袋はばいきんまん、ドキンちゃん、メロンパンナちゃん、あかちゃんまん、カレーパンマンなんだけど飴の顔は全部アンパンマンなんだよなぁ https://youtu.be/6UoOD9C98gg ) *レシピ* 1.ポップキャンディにはパッケージの裏側の表示通り、15〜20mlの水を注ぎ、キャンディが少し溶けるまで、15分ほど待ってから冷凍庫で冷やす。 アンパンマンペロペロキャンディには重さから換算して、21〜28mlの水を注ぎ、キャンディがおおよそ溶けるまで、2時間ほど待ってから冷凍庫で冷やす。 2.でけた。 さすが公式レシピ、ポップキャンディのアイスキャンディは香りも味も良く美味しかった! 一方、挑戦したアンパンマンペロペロキャンディの方は、溶けたキャンディがシロップ状になって残ってしまった。。。残念。。。でも味は良い! これは簡単。これならちびちゃんとちょこっとクッキングを楽しめますね。 #アンパンマン #ペロペロキャンディ #ポップキャンディ #不二家 #ASMR

Allow to rest in the fridge for 1 hour. ***Mix again before you serve. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 キャベツ 650g ラディッシュ 150g 塩 小さじ 3 ●ドレッシング レモン汁 大さじ 2 はちみつ 大さじ 2 マヨネーズ 大さじ 3 黒胡椒 【作り方】 ①キャベツは千切りに、ラディッシュは薄切りにする。 ②大きなビニール袋かボウルに野菜を入れて塩をふりよく混ぜ、しばらく置いておく。 ③大きなボウルにドレシングの材料をすべて入れてよく混ぜる。 ④②の野菜から出た水分を絞る。 ***ビニール袋に入れてから絞ると絞りやすいのでおススメです。 こうすることでドレシングと和えてから野菜から出る水分が減らせるので、水っぽくならずにぎゅっとしたやさいの美味しさを味わえます。 ⑤ドレッシングのボウルに野菜を入れてよく混ぜる。 冷蔵庫で1時間ほど置いて味をなじませる。 ***盛り付ける前にもう一度よく混ぜます。 ***胡瓜やコーン、ハムなどを加えても美味しく食べることが出来ます。 ***ドレシングは味をみながら調整してください。 ***野菜は特に外葉を綺麗に洗います。 動画内ではすでに洗っものを使っています。 (手順のすべてを動画内に収めてはおりません、長くなるので編集で カットしたりもしますのでご了承ください) キャベツは塊の方がスライサーでスライスしやすいので、ひとたまを半分にカット後、たっぷりの水に浸してよく洗い、水分を切っておきます。 ただしつけ置きすると栄養分が水に溶けてしまうので、ざっと洗えればokです。 農薬が心配な方は専用の野菜洗浄剤をご使用ください。 ***冷蔵庫で3日ほどで食べきってください。 保存容器に「パストリーゼ77」をスプレーすると安心です。 取り分けは清潔なお箸で! 使っているスライサーはこちら。 愛工業(Aikogyo) リンク先はこちらの動画下の概要欄に説明と共にに載せています。 https://youtu.be/qEAD9kgrX_g

(primary fermentation) ⑦Press the dough with your hands to release gas in the dough and deflate. ⑧Divide the dough into 6 pieces and round them. ⑨Rest the dough for 10 minutes at room temperature. ⑩Use either your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into 3.9"circle. ⑪Cover them with plastic wrap or a wet cloth not to dry. Let doughrise in warm place until 1.5 times in size (secondary fermentation) Preheat the oven to 392 °F/200℃. ⑫Use your finger(or Stick) to push in some somewhat deep holes in the surface of the dough. ⑬Brush the entire surface of the dough with Olive Oil. ⑭Please top with whatever you like. I used Rosemary and rock salt this time. ⑮Bake in the oven for 16 minutes and they're done. Enjoy! ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】6枚分(10cm) 強力粉 250g 塩 4g ドライイースト 3g 水 160g *国産強力粉を使う場合は小さじ1~2を残しておき、生地の状態を 見ながら調整してください。 オリーブオイル 20g トッピング: オリーブオイル 岩塩 ピザ用チーズ かぼちゃ とうもろこし 赤パプリカ ピーマン レンコン マヨネーズ 【作り方】 ①ボウルに強力粉、塩を入れぐるぐる混ぜる。 ②真ん中を少しくぼませて、イーストを加える。 ③イースト目がけて水とオリーブオイルを加える。 ④ある程度生地がまとまるまで混ぜる。 ⑤台に取り出して、滑らかになるまで10分間こねる。 最初はべた付く感じでもこねていると徐々にまとまってきます。 ⑥丸くして、2倍になるまで暖かい場所に置く。 (一次発酵) ***オーブンの発酵機能を使う場合は35℃30分位。 ここで野菜などを用意しておく。 ⑦生地を手で軽く押して、生地のガス抜きをする。 ⑧生地を6つに分けて丸める。 ⑨乾燥しないように濡れ布巾を被せ、10分間休ませる。 ⑩麺棒または手のひらで生地を10cmにまるく成形する。 ⑪ラップや濡れ布巾を被せ、1.5倍になるまで暖かい場所に置く。 (二次発酵) ***オーブンの発酵機能を使う場合は35℃20分位。 オーブンを 200℃に予熱スタート。 ⑫指(またはスティック)で、生地の表面にやや深い穴をつける。 ⑬刷毛でオリーブオイルを全体にぬる。 ⑭好きなものをトッピングする。 ***今回はかぼちゃ、コーン、パプリカ、レンコン、ピーマン ピザチーズ、マヨネーズ ***乗せる時は少し押し込むようにすると焼いたときに上から滑り落ちません。 ⑮オーブンで16分ほど焼いて完成!

Amazonで購入できます。↓↓↓ https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4046045116/ もしもお住いの近くの本屋さんになかったら、セブンイレブンの オムニ7でネット予約し、セブンイレブン店頭受け取りで買うことができます! ============================================= 【Ingredients】 350g Orange juice 60g Granulated sugar 2 Mandarin oranges(Satsuma Mandarin) 500cc Water 1tsp Baking soda ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 ポンジュース 350g グラニュー糖 60g みかん 2個 水 500cc 重曹 小さじ 1 【作り方】 ●冷凍ミカン ①みかんは皮をむき、ふさにする。 ②お湯を沸かしたら、そこに重曹を入れて、みかんをそっと入れる。薄皮に火を通すような感じで弱火で1分~1分ちょっと火を通す。 ***ここでぐらぐらと火加減が強かったり、時間をかけすぎるとあっという間に実が崩れてしまうので注意する。 冬のみかんより温室みかんは、崩れやすい。 ③火からすぐにおろし、冷水にはなす。 ④優しく薄皮を取り、バットなどに並べて冷凍庫で凍らせる。 ●シャーベット ジュース100ccほどをレンジで少し温めて、お砂糖を入れて溶かす。 溶けたら残りのジュースを加えて混ぜ、ジッパー付き袋などに入れて冷凍庫へ。 固まったら、袋の上から叩いてほぐし、少し冷凍庫で冷やし固める。 ***しっかり固まるまでおよそ5-6時間かかります。 ●器にシャーベットを盛り、冷凍みかんを乗せ出来上がり~♪ しゃりしゃり食べてください^^

Leave them for 15 mins. ③Divide the dough into 4 pieces and round them. ④Use either your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into 7.8"circle and either pinch the edges or fold them over to form a crust. ⑤Preheat the oven to 392 °F/200℃. Brush the entire surface of the pizza with oil. Use a fork to poke holes all over the surface of the pizza. ⑥Bake for 8-9 minutes. ***Just until the dough firms up and you can easily add your toppings. ⑦Top with your desired toppings,bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese and crust are nice and golden. ⑧slice and serve! ***You can freeze the dough. ***You can add your toppings and bake right away. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】4枚分 ↑長くなってしまうため、上記英語の材料と一緒にご覧ください。 【作り方】 ①ボウルに強力粉、砂糖、塩を入れぐるぐる混ぜる。 ②真ん中にイーストを加えたら、イースト目がけてぬるま湯を入れる。 ③へらなどで混ぜ、ある程度混ざってきたくらいでオリーブオイルを加えて混ぜる。 ④台に移して、つるんとなめらかになるくらいまでこねる。 ***動画内ではこねる所はほぼノーカットにしてありますので、一緒にこねましょう^^ ⑤生地がつるんとしてきたら、まるめて乾燥しないように、上からボウルを被せて15分そのまま室温に置いておく。 (気温が高いときは室温で、低いときは暖かな場所で) ⑥生地を取り出し4分割にして丸める。 ⑦丸めたら生地が乾燥しないように、オリーブオイルを少しからめるようにぬっておく、。 ⑧2枚ずつ焼くので、半分はラップをして野菜室に入れて待機。 ⑨オーブンを200℃に予熱スタート。 生地をオーブンシートの上に乗せ、麺棒で20cmに伸ばす。 ***麺棒である程度伸ばしてから手のひらで伸ばしてもok! ***シルパンをお持ちの方はお使いください、生地が張り付くので伸ばしやすいです。 ⑩生地の縁をぐるりと一周、指で押さえて耳を作る。 刷毛で軽くオリーブオイルを塗り、フォークで穴を開ける。 ⑪200℃に温めたオーブンに入れて8-9分、少し焼き色がつくくらいに焼いて取り出す。 ***2枚を上下で焼くときは上下を途中で入れ替えます。 焼いている間に残り2枚分生地を伸ばすか、もしくは2枚焼き上がってから、次の生地を伸ばして同様に焼きます。 すぐにピザを焼かないときは生地は1枚ずつ袋などに入れるか、ぴったり包んで、冷凍します。(大き目のファスナー付き袋などに入れると、乾燥や匂い移りに心配なく保存できます) ⑫焼き上がったら、好きなトッピングを乗せて200℃のオーブンで10分位チーズが溶けて良い焼き色がつくまで焼く。 ●オーブンによって火力など変わってきますので、調整してください。 魚焼きグリルやトースターなどでも焼けます。 ●オリーブオイルは他のオイルにも変更できます。 ただ、オリーブオイルの香りがピザのクラフトにはすごく合って、より美味しく感じますのでピザの生地作りにはオリーブオイルをおススメします。 ●もしも残ったら、カットしてから1ピースずつラップに包んでジッパー付き袋に入れて冷凍します。 食べる時はレンチンで! ●とろけるチーズと具材の乗せ方 生地にソース→ピザチーズ→具材→ピザチーズ、又はモッツァレラチーズの 順番にすると具材がきちんと見えて、美味しそうに焼き上がります。

Preheat the oven to 392 °F/200℃. ⑧Cut dough into 9 pieces. ⑨Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden. ⑩Once cool, sprinkle on some Kinako and sugar. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】9個 ★薄力粉 130g ★きな粉 50g ★ベーキングパウダー 4g ★きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 30g ★塩 1g 冷たい無塩バター 40g(1cm角にカット) 冷たい豆乳 90g (or 牛乳) 仕上用 きな粉 15g きび砂糖 10g 【作り方】 ①バターは1cm位のサイコロ状にカットし冷凍庫で10分間冷やす。 ②★印の材料をボウルに入れてよく混ぜる。 ③ここに冷たいバターを加え、カードなどで切るようにして混ぜながら指でバターを潰して全体に混ざるようにする。 ***室温が高い時期はすぐにバターが溶けてくるので、手早く行う。 粉類も袋などにふるい入れて冷凍庫などで冷やしておくのもおすすめ。 ④バターが混ざってさらさらになったら、冷たい豆乳を加え、カードなどで混ぜてざっとひとかたまりにする。 きれいにまとまらなくても大丈夫。 ⑤カードなどで押しながら生地を平らにする。 ⑥半分にカットしては重ねるを3-4回繰り返す。 ⑦生地を2cm厚さに伸ばす。冷凍庫で15分冷やす。 オーブンを 200℃に予熱スタート。 ⑧生地を9個にカット ⑨天板に並べて15分焼く。 ⑩少し温いくらいできな粉と砂糖を混ぜたものをまぶして出来上がり♪

Repeat for all six sides of the block. ***Serve at room temperature or cold with nice green tea. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 茹でた南瓜 240g きび砂糖 25g 薄力粉 30g 水 50g 油 【作り方】 ①南瓜は洗ったら、皮付きのまま一口大に切って、水を加えて柔らかくなるまで煮るか、電子レンジ加熱して柔らかくし、水分は切るか鍋の場合は水分は飛ばしておく。 ***煮物など作った時にから取り分けるとよいです。 ***南瓜にはかなり個体差があるので、ほくほく南瓜でないべしゃっと水分が多い南瓜の場合は、レンジ加熱で水分を飛ばすと扱いやすくなります。 ②ボウルに必要量、皮ごと南瓜を入れて、粗めにつぶす。 ③砂糖を加えて混ぜる。 ④長方形もしくは正方形に形を整えて、南瓜が冷めるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。 動画では10cm×8cmの大きさにしています。 ⑤冷えてしっかりと固まったら、濡らした包丁で9個にカットする。 ***手で触れてみて冷えて固まっていればばokです。 ⑥薄力粉と水をダマが無くなるまでよく混ぜる。 ⑦フライパンを熱し、軽く油を敷く。 ⑧南瓜に水溶きの薄力粉を付けて弱火でゆっくりとフライパンで焼く。 すべての面を同様に焼く。 ***室温かもしくは冷蔵庫でかるく冷やしてどうぞ^^

A water is placed on the tray as a weight. ***Keep in the fridge until served. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 胡瓜 8本(約650g) 調味料: きび砂糖 大さじ 3 粗塩(伯方の塩) 小さじ 2.5 粉辛子 小さじ 2~3 【作り方】 ①胡瓜はよく洗って三等分に切る。 ②ビニール袋に調味料を入れる。 胡瓜を袋に入れる。 ③袋の上からよくもんでから、冷蔵庫へ。 ***袋に入れて平らにした方が調味料液がよく回るのでおすすめ。 ***トレイなどの上に乗せて、上に水を入れたペットボトルなどを乗せて重しをすると、よく漬かります~。 ボウルに入れて小さ目お皿を被せ、その上にボウルを乗せてから重しを乗せても◎ ↑意味通じますか? ***3時間ほどで食べられますが、一晩置くとしっかり漬かって美味しくなります。 ★作った日から3日位で食べましょう! 「粉辛子」が一番合うと思いますが 「練り辛子」でももちろん大丈夫です。 「粒マスタード」になるとちょっと、辛子漬けの意味合いが変わってくるように思います。 粒マスタードだとはちみつで合わせたくなりますよね、新しい味として考えてみるのも楽しそう^^

Cut the dough into half and Layer the dough. again,repeating this step 3-4 times. flatten the dough to 2cm thick. ***Do not over mix or knead. ⑤Cut to 12 pieces. ⑥Place the scones in the baking tray lined with baking paper. ⑦Bake for 14 minutes. ★Ricotta cheese★ 【Ingredients】 200g Milk 30g Lemon juice Larger pinch of salt 【Directions】 ①Put milk,lemon juice and salt in a bowl and mix. ②Warm this with a microwave. (for about 2 minutes at 600W) ③Strain the curds. ④Drain the curds for 15 minutes. ***れしぴ置き場*** ★ミックスベリーココナツオイルスコーン★ 【材料】12個 ●薄力粉 180g ●きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 30g ●ベーキングパウダー 6g ココナツオイル 30g 冷たい牛乳 60g ミックスベリー(冷凍) 40g 【作り方】 ①●印の材料をボウルに入れ、泡立て器でよく混ぜる。 ②ココナッツオイル、ミルクを加えて混ぜる。 ***使う小麦粉の種類によって水分量が変わってくるので、牛乳は大さじ1くらいとっておき、混ぜながら調整します。 逆に水分が多いなと感じたら小麦粉を大さじ1~足す、など調整します。 ③粉っ気が残るくらいでミックスベリーを加えて混ぜる。 ***冷凍を解凍して使う時は水分をふき取っておくと混ぜやすくなります。 ***ベリーが溶けてくるので素早く。または、生地をラップなどに包んで冷凍庫で15分ほど冷やし扱いやすい固さにします。 ④生地を平らにしながら、生地を半分に切り、生地を重ねるを、 3〜4回繰り返し、生地を2cmの厚さに平らにする。 ***固くなるので、こねないように注意します。 ⑤12個にカットする。 ***オイルスコーンはバターのものより膨らまないので、出来ればよく切れるナイフなどで生地を潰さないようにスッパリと切ると腹割れします。 ⑥スコーンを天板に並べる。 ***動画ではベーキング用マット(シルパット)を使用しています。 美味しく焼き上がります。 ⑦200℃に温まったオーブンで14分焼いて出来上がり! ★簡単リコッタチーズ★ 【材料】 牛乳 200g レモン汁 30g 塩 ふたつまみ 【作り方】 牛乳を先に温めてからレモン汁を加えるよりも、先に全部入れて加熱した方がレンジでは分離がはっきりと分かりやすいので、この方法です。 ①ボウルに牛乳、レモン汁、塩を入れてかき混ぜる。 ②電子レンジ600wで約2分加熱する。 分離した状態になればok ③ザルなどの上にキッチンペーパーを二重に敷き、これを濾す。 ④15分ほどそのまま水切りして出来上がり! ***今回は1回で食べきる少量です。 ***保存は冷蔵庫で3-4日で食べきってください。 ***豆乳でも出来ますが、水切りに時間がかかります。 (好みにもよりますが、半日以上、冷蔵庫で水切りします) ***レモン汁は個体差がありあまり酸っぱくないものだと、加熱した時に分離しないこともあります。 代わりにお酢でも出来ますが、ここも好みが分かれると思いますが、私はレモンの爽やかな酸っぱさが好きなので、レモン汁をおススメします。

Preheat the oven to 392 °F/200℃. ⑧Brush the Soy milk on the top of the dough. ⑨Strew the whole surface with Sugar & Cinnamon. ⑩Cut dough into 16 pieces. Roll up. ⑪Place on a baking sheet. ⑫Bake for 15 minutes until golden. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】16個 薄力粉 150g ベーキングパウダー 6g きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 10g 塩 1g 冷たい無塩バター 40g (1cm角にカット) 冷たい豆乳 60g (or 牛乳) 豆乳 小さじ 1 きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 15g~25g シナモンパウダー 小さじ1~2 【作り方】 ①バターは1cm位のサイコロ状にカットし冷凍庫で10分間冷やす。 ②小麦粉、ベーキングパウダー、砂糖、塩をボウルに入れてよく混ぜる。 ③ここに冷たいバターを加え、カードなどで切るようにして混ぜながら指でバターを潰して全体に混ざるようにする。 ***室温が高い時期はすぐにバターが溶けてくるので、手早く行う。 粉類も袋などにふるい入れて冷凍庫などで冷やしておくのもおすすめ。 ④バターが混ざってさらさらになったら、冷たい豆乳を加え、カードなどで混ぜてざっとひとかたまりにする。 きれいにまとまらなくても大丈夫。 ***捏ねる台がないときはまな板や大き目に切ったクッキングシートの上で作業する。 ⑤カードなどで押しながら生地を平らにする。 ⑥半分にカットしては重ねるを3-4回繰り返す。 ⑦生地を5mm厚さに伸ばす。冷凍庫で15分冷やす。 ***横幅22cm、縦18cm位の長方形 オーブンを 200℃に予熱スタート。 ⑧生地の上に豆乳を刷毛で塗る。 ⑨砂糖とシナモンを生地全体にふりかける。 ***気温が高いこの季節は生地の中のバターが溶けてダレてくるので、柔らかいと感じたら必ず冷蔵庫か冷凍庫へ入れて冷やしましょう。そうすることで美味しく焼き上がります。 ***砂糖とシナモンは、シナモンロールのようにペースト状にしておき、塗っても。 その場合豆乳は塗らずに砂糖とシナモンに加えてペースト状にします。 ⑩生地を16個にカットして、くるくる巻く。 巻き終わりは気持ちぎゅっと押さえて、下にくるようにすると良い。 ***三角形にカットすると小さなミニクロワッサンになります。 まずは生地を半分にカット、さらに半分にカットして4分割したら、一つをさらに二分割後に対角線でカット。 ⑪出来れば巻き目を同じ方向にして天板に乗せる。 ⑫きつね色になるまで15分焼き出来上がり!

Amazonで購入できます。↓↓↓ https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4046045116/ もしもお住いの近くの本屋さんになかったら、セブンイレブンの オムニ7でネット予約し、セブンイレブン店頭受け取りで買うことができます! ============================================= 【Ingredients】 2 Large Potatoes(500g) 80g Broccoli (Boiled)茹 40g Shibazuke 2 Cucumber Black sesame ●dressing 6 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Calpico 1tsp Salt Black pepper ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 じゃがいも大2個(500g) 茹でたブロッコリー 80g しば漬け 40g 胡瓜 2本 黒胡麻 大さじ3くらい ●dressing マヨネーズ 大さじ6 カルピス 大さじ 1(orきび砂糖 小さじ2) 塩 小さじ1 黒胡椒 【作り方】 ***最後までおいしく食べるために、タッパーからのとりわけは必ず清潔なお箸で! ①胡瓜はところどころ皮をむき、1cmの輪切りにする。 ②袋に入れて塩小さじ半分ほどをふり良くもんで、しばらくしたら袋の上からぎゅっと絞って水分を出来るだけ出す。 ③じゃがいもは皮を剥き、小さく切ってから鍋に入れ、浸るくらいの水を入れて火にかける。 ④アクをすくいながら中火よりやや弱火で煮て柔らかくなったら、残っているお湯を捨てて、再び火にかけて水分を飛ばして粉ふき芋にする。 ⑤すぐにボウルに移し、木べらなどでつぶす。 ⑥熱いうちに加えるマヨネーズのまず半量とカルピス、塩、胡椒で味を付けてそのまま冷ます。 ***ステンレスボウルに入れて氷水を張ったボウルの上で冷やせばあっという間に冷えます。 ⑦冷めたら残りのマヨネーズを加えて混ぜ、シンプルなお芋のサラダの出来上がり。 ⑧これを2つに分けて、それぞれ材料を加えてお芋のサラダにする。 ●しば漬けブロッコリー しば漬けは刻んで、ブロッコリーは茹でたものを固く水気を絞り小さくカットし、お芋のサラダと混ぜ合わせる。 ●たっぷり黒胡麻胡瓜 水分を良く絞った塩胡瓜と、黒胡麻をお芋のサラダに加えて混ぜ合わせる。

Beat in Eggs, and mix well. ③Add cane sugar,Soy milk,Vanilla extract, mix well. ④Add the  Oil (little by little)and mix well with a whisk for 1 mins until combined. ⑤Add  flour,baking powder and mix it until powderiness disappears. ⑥Heat the pot with enough water to steam for 12 minutes. ⑦Pour the cake mixture into the prepared cake tin. ⑧Carefully place the cake tin.  into the pot, cover with lid and cook for 12 minutes OR until cooked through. *Note: I recommend to wrap the lid with tea towel or large cloth, so that water won’t drip onto the cake. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】ベーキングカップ(φ6cmH4cm)この大きさで4個できます 全卵(L) 1個(殻なし  50g) 1 Egg yolk  卵黄 1個 きび糖(or グラニュー糖)  40-50g 豆乳(or 牛乳)  70g 米油(or 菜種油、キャノーラ油など)  20g バニラオイル 薄力粉  100g ベーキングパウダー  6g 【作り方】 ①耐熱容器にグラシンを敷きこむ。 ***同じような大きさの陶器やプリンカップなどでも。 グラシンがないときは13cm角くらいにカットしたクッキングシートを敷きこんでも同様に出来ます。 ②ボウルに卵を入れ、泡立て器でよくたたいて混ぜる。 ③きび砂糖、豆乳、バニラオイルを加えてよく混ぜます。 ***バニラオイルはあれば加えて下さい、香り良く蒸しあがります。 ④油を少しずつ加え、泡立て器で1分ほど混ぜ合わせる。 ***しっかりと混ぜて乳化させます。 ⑤薄力粉、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加え、粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜる。 ⑥鍋に12分間蒸すのに十分な水を入れて沸騰させる。 ⑦①のカップに生地を注ぎ入れる。 ⑧生地を入れ終えたら、沸騰した鍋を一旦止めて、生地を入れた型を並べ、蓋をして12分火が通るまで加熱する。(中火より少しだけ弱火にする) ***生地の上に水滴が直接落ちないように、ふたを大きな布で包みましょう。 ***鍋の底には、布巾を敷くと容器がカタカタと動かずにまた火のあたりも和らげてくれます。 ●冷めたらラップをして乾燥しないようにする。 ●温め直しはラップごとほんの少しだけ加熱します。 (温め直し後はすぐに食べましょう、また温めすぎると固くなりますので注意します)

Refrigerate for 1 hour. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 プチトマト 500g オレンジ 1個 ライム1個 ●dressing きび砂糖 小さじ3~4 水 100g お酢(Mizkan純リンゴ酢) 50g 【作り方】 ①トマトをよく洗う。 ②爪楊枝を使ってトマトの中心に穴を開ける。 ③鍋にお湯を沸かし、トマトを入れて40秒ほど茹でる。 ***これで皮がむけますが、長くやりすぎるとトマトが崩れるので40秒ほどですぐに引き上げてください。 ④すぐにざるにあけ流水でざっと冷やす。 ⑤冷たい水に入れたまま皮をていねいにむく。 ⑥オレンジとライムの皮をむき、ナイフを実の間に滑り込ませるようにして実を外す。 ⑦マリネ液をボウルに入れて砂糖が溶けるようよく混ぜ合わせる。 ***味をみながらお好みで調整してください。 この時点で酸っぱい感じがしてもフルーツが入るとまろやかな酸味に変わります。 ⑧ここに、フルーツとトマトを入れて軽く混ぜ合わせる。 1時間ほど冷蔵庫で冷やす。

    These darling, bunny shaped, honey butter rolls are so delicious they will hop from the table right into your mouth! See the complete recipe below. Ingredients 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp salt Instructions Cut off 1/3 of 1 roll. Roll the larger piece of dough into a 5-inch rope. Roll the snake into a spiral. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray with the end pointing down. This will become the body of the bunny. Cut the remaining 1/3 in half. Take one half and form it into a 1-inch oval. Cut, lengthwise, 3/4 of the way down, fan the ears. Place on top of the spiral. Cut off a tiny amount of the remaining dough, round it, and place it at the round of the spiral for the tail. Form the rest of that dough into a rounded almond shape for the head. Place this at the top of the spiral, overlapping the base of the ears. Repeat steps 1-4 with remaining rolls. Cover the rolls with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick spray. Let rise for 45-60 minutes. The rolls are ready to bake when the dough looks light and airy and the bunnies have plumped to about double the size. Mix honey, butter, and salt together in a small dish. Melt in the microwave if the mixture is too thick to brush onto the bunnies. Brush the bunnies with half of the honey butter. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Brush again with the honey butter.

    Delicious General Tso's chicken without heating a deep fryer. Recipe found in a magazine: Centennial Kitchens "Air Fryer Recipes" 1 egg 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized chunks 1/2 cup plus 2 tsps cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 6 tbsp chicken stock 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced ginger 2 tbsp sliced green onion (for garnish if desired) Beat the egg in one bowl, add the chicken pieces and stir to coat. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup cornstarch and salt and pepper Take egg covered chicken piece and dip into the cornstarch mixture. Place in greased air fryer basket. Cook at 400 F for about 15 minutes (until brown) turning pieces a the 6-7 minute mark In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, vinegar, chicken stock and ketchup. Whisk in the the remaining 2 tsp of cornstarch. Set aside. Meanwhile heat oil in pan, add garlic and ginger, cook until garlic starts to brown, add sauce mixture. Stir and cook until thickened.     This is a favorite South African classic fridge tart that uses powdered coffee creamer. It is called a cremora tart because of a Nestle brand of coffee creamer by that name. I first saw this one on Emmy's channel @emmymadeinjapan The base can be made of crushed or whole flat cookies. I think this would be very good with a classic graham wafer crust. I will try this one again with some blueberry topping. It is a perfect dessert to showcase other flavours. 2 Cups coffee mate powdered creamer (or other non-dairy coffee creamer) 1/2 cup cold water 1 -10oz sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup lemon juice Blend water with creamer until smooth Blend in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.     I made Japanese traditional candy Wagashi Tsubaki-mochi. Tsubaki means Camellia in Japanese, and Tsubaki-mochi is the oldest sweets in Japan and it's said to be the origin of Japanese sweets Wagashi. This candy consists of domyojiko(kind of sticky rice), red sweet bean paste"anko" inside, and it is sandwiched between two camellia leaves. Tsubaki-mochi has been around since the Heian period(794 to 1185) and is also described in the famous "The Tale of Genji" in Japanese literature.     Great last minute recipe for New Year's Eve. ***NOTE*** I made an error in the video on the ravioli. I say the half recipe has 1/2 cup parmesan put it is actually 1/4 cup for a half recipe. Ravioli coating mix: Full recipe had all of these ingredients doubled, and it make MORE than enough. 1 cup breadcrumbs (I used seasoned Italian crumbs) 1/2 grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp garlic salt, or seasoning salt 1 - 8 oz pack of refrigerated cheese ravioli (frozen is okay too, just defrost) cooking spray Olives: For a 10oz jar of olives: Coating: 3/4 cups flour 2 cups panko crumbs 1 tsp garlic salt or seasoned salt Combine seasoned salt and flour THIS MAKES A TON of coating probably enough for 3 jars of olives.     These baked sandwiches have nothing to do with Halloween or Zombies. I was not able to track down the reason that they are named this way! lol. 3 packets of active dry yeast or 2 and 3/4 tablespoons Dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water. *Note* A "normal" loaf of bread takes one packet of yeast (2 1/4 tsp), this recipe is about two loaves of bread worth of flour. You probably only need 4 1/2 tsp of yeast for this (1 tbsp plus 1 1/4 tsp). 1 1/4 cup warm water 7 tbsp granulated sugar 7 tbsp vegetable oil 3/4 cup instant non-fat powdered milk 6 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 12 American or cheddar cheese slices Blend dry ingredients and then add in the oil, water and yeast/water mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cut into two pieces and place in 2 greased bowls (or one big one), cover and let rise until doubled in a warm place. Punch down dough and stretch out one of the pieces into the bottom of a half/sheet pan that has been greased. Place cheese slices over top. Top with remaining dough, stretching to edge. Crimp edges to keep cheese from leaking out. Cover and allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter when it comes out of the oven if desired. I have found two stories on how the cheese zombie came to be here are excerpt from the interwebs: "In the late 1950s, a school district in Washington’s Yakima Valley received an excess of subsidized cheese also known as government cheese. Faced with the abundance of dairy, the food services supervisor (or, by other accounts, a local cafeteria cook) invented a new sandwich that soon appeared on cafeteria menus: the Cheese Zombie. Yakima Valley school districts still make the meal, and nostalgic adults can get their Zombie fix from one of the many small shops in the area that also serve the sandwich." OR "In 1963, Decla Phillips and Helen Beloc worked as bakers for Mount Diablo High School (in Concord, California). The duo created the legendary Cheese Zombie by rolling out 144 pounds of dough, then stretching the dough onto baking sheets where it would be covered by a layer of American cheese, followed by another layer of dough. Small circles were cut and the edges were crimped using a special tool to keep the cheese from oozing out once melted. Once baked, the concoction becomes a doughy, gooey, cheesy ball of deliciousness. Served as a brunch treat for the students, Decla and Helen's Cheese Zombie quickly became a favorite and was adopted by schools throughout the East Bay.     2 lbs potatoes 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/ 2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder Boil potatoes until they are partially cooked, too firm to mash but cooked enough that a fork can be inserted fairly easily. Grate potatoes, add seasoning and stir together Form into tater tot shapes. Place in single layer in a greased air fryer basket and then bake at 350F for about 15 minutes, shaking or turning the tots every five minutes or so (until golden brown).   • Twix Thumbprint Cookies

    These thumbprint cookies have a delicious pocket of chewy caramel and chocolate. They don't taste exactly like Twix candy bars, but they are good! Found the cookie recipe in a magazine (basic sugar cookie recipe). 2 3/4 cups flour 1 cup butter (room temperature, I use salted butter) 1/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 1 1/2 cup white granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla about 25 caramels melted together with 1 1/2 tbsp water about 1 cup of chocolate chips melted. Cream sugar and butter together and blend in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour a little at a time until well combined and you have a stiff, slightly crumbly dough. Take small portions of dough and roll into balls, placing them on a greased or parchment or silicone mat lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Using your finger or some other object like the end of a wooden spoon, make a deep indentation in each cookie ball. Bake at 350F for about 10-15 minutes until bottoms are light brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a small indentation into the bottom of the cookie. Allow to cool on cookie sheet. Spoon small amount of melted caramel/water mixture into the bottom of the indentations. Allow caramel to cool and set.     This fun holiday tree is filled with cheese and topped with wonderful herbs and spices. Ingredients 11 Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed but still cold 7 mozzarella cheese sticks 1/4 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary Instructions Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces. Cut each cheese stick into 5 equal pieces. Wrap a piece of dough around each piece of cheese to completely enclose and pinch tightly to seal. Dip each one in butter and roll in parmesan cheese. Arrange stuffed dough balls onto a sprayed baking sheet in the shape of a tree using 2 for the trunk and 7 for the bottom layer of the tree. Place them about 1/2 inch apart. Continue up the tree using one less on each row. Cluster 3 around the top roll to make the star. Let rise for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 350F 15-20 minutes.     Nothing better than a Dutch Oven filled with bread, butter, and garlic. Ingredients 36 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed 1 stick butter, cut into cubes garlic salt Instructions Prepare your charcoal briquettes. This bakes at 350ºF so you will need 25 (17 on top, 8 underneath). Remove oven lid. Spray inside your 12-inch Dutch Oven with nonstick spray. Cut each roll into 3-4 pieces. Place 12 cut apart rolls on the bottom of the oven. Sprinkle with 1/3 oven the butter and some garlic salt. Layer twice more with remaining rolls and butter, sprinkling garlic salt in each layer as well. Cover with Dutch oven lid and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350ºF by placing 17 charcoal briquettes on top of Dutch Oven lid and 8 charcoal briquettes underneath the Dutch Oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls on top are golden.

    Make your scalloped potatoes a handheld treat with Rhodes. These cheesy potatoes are sure to disappear from your table! Ingredients 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature 2 medium russet potatoes, sliced thinly 3/4 cup cheddar, shredded and divided 1 Tbsp oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp butter 3/4 cup milk 1 Tbsp flour Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Place all of the sliced potatoes in a bowl, drizzle with oil and add salt pepper and garlic. Toss to combine. Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray. Roll out each roll to a 5 inch circle. Place each rolled out roll in each cup. Using 1/4 cup cheddar, evenly distribute cheese in the bottom of the cups. Evenly distribute potato slices by standing them up in each cup. Melt butter in a pot on the stove over medium heat. Once melted and bubbling, whisk in flour. Once the flour is combined with butter and there are no clumps, slowly whisk in milk. Let the mixture thicken while stirring, this should take around 3-5 minutes. Whisk in 1/2 cup cheddar. Evenly distribute the cheese sauce among the potato cups. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese sauce has become golden on top. Remove and serve warm. Baking Notes 8-12 hours before making, place 12 Dinner Rolls in a sprayed muffin tin. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and place in a fridge. By the time it is time to make these Scalloped Potato Cups, the rolls will be thawed and ready to roll out. These can be baked on a smoker or grill over indirect heat at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Watch the temperature closely to make sure heat isn’t getting too hot or cold. Keep the lid closed as much as possible.

Ingredients 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature vegetable shortening Sweet toppings: powdered sugar, butter, jam or honey, if desired Savory toppings: taco fillings, chili, etc. Instructions Pour oil 2 to 3-inches deep into a pan or an electric frying pan, and heat to medium-high setting or 375 degrees F. (Camp stoves can be less precise, so just heat the oil until a small piece of dough immediately bubbles when placed in the pan.) Flatten each roll into a 4-inch circle. Fry dough on each side until golden brown (about 30 seconds each side). Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with butter, honey or jam, if desired.

Not only does this guy look adorable, but the flavor is amazing too. Tastes just like Froot Loop 🙂 And just because the Froot Loop crumbs tend to absorb moisture, I recommend baking and serving this cake on the same day if possible. Apologizes that this is coming late in the campaign--I had an unexpected personal emergency come up that set me back a few weeks in schoolwork/KSW work. But of course, you can host a bake sale to fundraise for girls' education any time of year!! She's the First is a nonprofit organization that fights gender inequality through education. They support girls' education in low-income countries so those girls can be the first in their family to graduate high school, and they train students everywhere to be global leaders. With their #BakeAChange campaign, they encourage people to hold bake sales to fundraise for girls' education! The classic Bake a Change dessert is the tie-dye cupcakes (recipe here), but today I thought I would show another fun alternative 😊 Enjoy!! Just a quick *LIFE UPDATE* because wowow August was a crazy month 😱 For the first two weeks, I was completely immersed in the cookbook photoshoot in which I baked every recipe from the cookbook within 14 days!! From 5:30am to 2:00-3:00am, I worked and baked nonstop. It definitely tested my stamina beyond what I thought was possible. But it was a great learning experience, and the photos came out SO CUTE AHHHHH I can't wait for y'all to see!!!!!!! Then just two days after we wrapped, I left for South Korea/Japan for a fun vacation with some of my friends from college. I didn't share too much of it on social media because I wanted to be in the moment and absorb--apologizes about that! But we had an amazing time, and now I'm finally back in business working again! I wish I had more than 24 hrs in the days so I could film/post more content for you all, but just know I'm working my absolute hardest. It bums me out that the work I'm putting in won't be seen for awhile, so it must seem like I've been slacking from your perspective.
