Uguisumochi consists with mochi dough and anko.it's so soft and very stretchy. if you come to japan in spring(someday) please try this candy at Wagashi shop;) ingredients 30g shiratamako 60ml water food color green 20g sugar 100g anko(devide into 5balls) blue toasted soy bean flour #decocookie、#Wagashi、#ASMR

    バレンタインのチョコレートの残りを使って、チョコがたっぷり入ったチョコまみれケーキを作りました。電子レンジでできる簡単チョコレートケーキです。型は100円ショップのダイソーで買った、レンジでもオーブンでも使える『シリコーン小鍋』を使いました。買ったから使ってみたかったんです。 *レシピ* 1.小さめにしたお好みのチョコレート 200gと無塩バター 50gを耐熱ボウルに入れる。 2.600wの電子レンジで1分、前後を入れ替えて1分加熱する。 3.チョコレートを混ぜて溶かす。 4.卵 2個を割り入れ混ぜる。 5.牛乳 30gを入れ混ぜる。 6.耐熱容器に6分目程度入れ、ふんわりラップや蓋をする。 7.600wの電子レンジで3分、前後を入れ替えて2分加熱する。 8.冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やす。 9.でけた。 室温だとほろっと食感。冷蔵庫で2時間半ほどしっかり冷やせばキュッと詰まった食感が楽しめます。ほんとチョコまみれ。チョコ感が半端ないですわ。 #ダイソー #シリコーン小鍋 #チョコレートケーキ Using the leftover chocolate from Valentine's Day, I made a chocolate cake filled with chocolate. It is a simple chocolate cake that can be made in a microwave oven. For the mold, I used a "small silicone pan" that I bought at Daiso, a 100 yen store, that can be used in both the microwave and the oven. I wanted to try it out since I bought it. *Recipe* 1.Place 200g of your favorite small chocolate and 50g of unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl. 2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 1 minute, then switch back and forth and heat for 1 minute. 3.Stir to melt the chocolate. 4.Add 2 eggs and mix. 5.Add 30g of milk and mix. 6.Put up to about 60% of the heat-resistant container and cover it softly with plastic wrap or a lid. 7.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 3 minutes, then switch sides and heat for 2 minutes. 8.Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. 9.It's ready to eat. At room temperature, the texture is soft. If you refrigerate it for two and a half hours, you can enjoy the firmly texture. It's really chocolatey.

Line the cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃ ①Put dark chocolate in a bowl,then double boil and melt. Add Instant coffee, set aside. ②Beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. ③Add beaten egg little by little while mixing with an electric mixer. ④Add Sift dry ingredients and fold it until powderiness disappears and gets glossy a little. ⑤Divide dough into two equal portions. ⑥Add ① to one batter and mix well. ⑦In the loaf pan add both the batters alternately and in the end swirl the mixture with skewer if you want the swirl marble effect. Let the middle sink when you are pouring the batter into the tin. ⑧Bake at 356 °F/180℃ for 40minutes. When it has been in the oven for 10 minutes, make a vertical slit down the middle. ***Insert a bamboo skewer and when it comes out clean, it's done. ⑨Leave to cool for 15-20 mins as it is and wrap it with plastic wrap while it's warm.This will make the cake moist. ⑩Let it sit overnight at room temperature. Slice and serve. 【材料】18cm×8cm×H6cm パウンド型 1台分 ビターチョコレート 60g インスタントコーヒー 10g (チョコに加えて溶かすので粉末タイプが綺麗に早く溶けるのでおススメ) 無塩バター 100g グラニュー糖 100g 全卵 90g 薄力粉 120g ベーキングパウダー 3g 【作り方】 準備: 卵とバターは室温にする。 卵は溶いて、90g量る。 型にクッキングシートを敷いておく。 オーブンは180度に予熱する。 ①チョコは刻んでボウルに入れ、湯せんにかけ溶かし、インスタントコーヒーを加えてよく混ぜて置いておく。 ***室温が低く固まる場合は湯せんにかけて溶かす、ただし熱いままで生地と合わせるとバターが溶け出すので固まらないギリギリの温度にする。 ②バターにグラニュー糖を何回かに分けて加えながらハンドミキサーで立てる。ふわふわに白っぽくなるまで立てること。 ③ここに溶き卵を少しずつ加えて分離しないように立てていく。 ***分離する原因:バターと加える卵の温度が同じくらいだと綺麗に混ざり合いますが、溶き卵が冷たい状態で加えると分離する原因に。 冬場は置いておくうちに冷えたてしまうこともあるので、湯せんにかけてほんの少しだけ温めて室温にしてあげると良いです。 ただし決して温めすぎないこと!室温が大事です。 ④ふんわりと混ざりあったら、ここに薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れて、ゴムベラで折りたたむような感じで混ぜる。 粉っ気が無くなり、ツヤが出るまで混ぜる。 ***生地はあまり時間をかけすぎると真冬はチョコなどが冷えて固い生地になりますので 手早く作業しましょう。 ⑤生地の1/2を取り分ける。 ⑥半分に①のチョココーヒーを加えてよく混ぜる。 ⑦型に生地を交互に入れて、お箸で少しだけ混ぜる。 ***ここで混ぜすぎるとマーブルでなくなるので混ぜすぎない。 生地は中央をへこませるようにすると火が均一に入りやすくなります。 ⑧180℃に温めたオーブンで40分焼く。 ***10分ほど焼いたところで包丁で生地の中央に真っすぐ切り込みを入れると焼いたときに綺麗に割れます。 竹串を刺してみて何もつかなければ焼き上がりですが、焼きすぎるとパサつきます。 ⑨型から出して粗熱が取れるまでケーキクーラーの上に置いておく。 ⑩少し温かいくらいでビニールに入れるかラップををして、一晩置いておく。 翌日にスライスしてどうぞ♪

Cool it in the freezer 20 mins. ①Cut the mochi into small pieces and immerse mochi in  water. ②After a while,drain the water. ③Add the mochi and milk to a heat-resistant bowl. Lightly cover the bowl with cling film and heat the mixture in a microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. ④Take the mixture out and mix well with a wooden spoon. ⑤Again,microwave for 1 minute and mix well with a wooden spoon. ⑥Add chopped chocolate,Instant coffee and mix well. ⑦Spread out the katakuriko in a shallow container and Sprinkle extra Potato Starch Flour over the ‘Mochi’ as well. ⑧Remove excess Potato Starch from Mochi and divide into 4 portions. ⑨Flatten one portion, place the Whipped cream in centre and draw the edges up to enclose. ⑩Repeat with the remaining Mochi and Whipped cream. About 10℃ for summer, and about 40-45℃ for winter. 【Directions】 ●Make Bread Dough ①Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ②Add water and Whole egg and mix. ③Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) ④Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑤Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑥divide it into 8 pieces and make them round. ⑦Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 10 mins. (bench time) ⑧After resting, deflate with your hand,and make them round. ⑨Place the bun on baking paper on a baking tray and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation)  ⑩Preheat the oven at 190℃, bake 374 °F/190℃ 12 min. ⑪Apply butter on top ⑫Place it on a wire rack to cool. ⑬Cut the bread in half. ⑭squeeze the whipped cream to a dome shape. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. *When the dough is too moist and sticky, powder the dough a little. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】 Bread Dough: ★強力粉 150g ★砂糖 12g  ★塩 2g   ★スキムミルク 6g ★ドライイースト 2g 水 75~80g 全卵 18g 無塩バター (室温) 15g *ホイップクリーム (生クリーム120gにグラニュー糖30gを加えて立てておく) これで3つ分のパンが絞れます。 ひとつに40gの生クリームを使う計算になります。 *苺 【作り方】 ●パン生地: ①ボウルに材料(★)を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。 ②全卵と水を加えて混ぜる。 ③テーブルの上に置きこねる。 (約10分) ④バターを加えてさらにこねる。 (約5分) 生地にツヤが出たらok。 ⑤丸めて、2倍になるまで暖かいところに置く。(一次発酵) ⑥生地のガスを抜き、8つに分けて丸める。 ⑦濡れた布巾などを被せて、10分間置く。 (ベンチタイム) ⑧生地の空気を抜き、再び丸めなおす。 ⑨天板に並べ、2倍になるまで暖かいところに置いておく。 (二次発酵) ⑩オーブンを190℃に温め12分焼く。 ⑪焼き上がったら上に溶かしバターを塗る。 ⑫ワイヤーラックの上に置いて冷ます。 ***冷ます間に生クリームを立てておく。 ⑬パンを半分に切る。 ⑭ホイップクリームを絞ってお好みで苺スライスを飾る。 ***絞らずにスプーンなどでたっぷり乗せてもok *焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますので、それに応じて調整してください。 *発酵中やベンチタイム、成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい。(乾燥するとパンが膨らみません、手早くやること、濡れ布巾などを被せるのも乾燥を防いでくれます)

    I got an Oreo-style mold, so I made something like Oreo with cookies sandwiched between chocolates.The point of the effort is to bake the cookies inside as white as possible to make them look more like cream.This mold is so cute. I hope I can make soap or something. *recipe* Make the Oreo cookie part with chocolate 1.Place 70g of chocolate in a heatproof container and cover with plastic wrap. 2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 50 seconds. Switch back and forth and heat again for 50 seconds. 3.Take it out,stir slowly to prevent air bubbles from forming and melt the chocolate completely.(If it does not melt completely, heat in 10-second increments.) 4.Mix for 1 minute while cooling with ice water. 5.Cover with plastic wrap again and heat for 40 seconds. 6.Pour into a mold. 7.Tap the mold on the table to release the air bubbles. 8.Chill in the refrigerator. Make the cream part of Oreo with cookies 9.Knead 50g of unsalted butter softly. 10.Mix in 40g of sugar. 11.Eat in 20g egg white. 12.Sift 100g of cake flour and fold. 13.Roll the dough into a tube and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. 14.When the dough is easy to handle, take it out of the freezer, form it into a 4 cm tube, and chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes. 15.When cool enough to cut, cut into thin slices. I made about 24 sheets. 16.Place on the top plate and bake in an oven preheated to 140 ° C for 20 minutes.I put aluminum foil and a top plate on top in 10 minutes to bake it white. 17.Remove (8) from the mold. 18.While the baked (16) is still warm, stick it between (17). 19.It's done. It's cute. オレオ風の型を入手したので、チョコでクッキーを挟んだオレオみたいなものを作りました。中に挟んだクッキーをクリームに近づけるべく、できるだけ白く焼き上げるのが努力ポイントです。この型かわいいんだよ。石鹸とか作ってもいいなぁ。 *レシピ* チョコレートでオレオのクッキー部分を作ります 1.耐熱容器にチョコレート70gを入れ、ラップをする。 2.電子レンジ 600wで50秒加熱する。前後を入れ替えて、再び50秒加熱する。 3.取り出し、気泡を作らないようにゆっくり混ぜ、チョコレートを完全に溶かす(完全に溶けない場合は10秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱する)。 4.氷水で冷やしながら1分混ぜる。 5.再びラップをして、40秒加熱する。 6.型に流し込む。 7.トントントンと台に打ち付け、気泡を抜く。 8.冷蔵庫で冷やす。 クッキーでオレオのクリーム部分を作ります 9.無塩バター 50gを柔らかく練る。 10.砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。 11.卵白 20gを入れ混ぜる。 12.薄力粉 100gをふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。 13.ざっくりと筒状にまとめ、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。 14.扱いやすくなったら冷凍庫から取り出し、4cmの筒状にし、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。 15.切れるくらいの固さまで冷えたら、薄く切り分ける。24枚ほどできました。 16.天板に並べ、140℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。白く焼き上げるために10分の段階で、上にアルミ箔と天板を入れました。 17.(8)を型から取り出す。 18.焼き上がった(16)がまだ温かいうちに(17)で挟みくっける。 19.でけた。かわええ。 #oreo #chocolate #cookie

Squeeze the Wombok to remove salty water from the vegetable. ②Add all of the ★ingredients to a bowl and mix them together well. ③Add the Wombok、mix well. Mix well and knead the mixture with hand until it becomes pale in color and sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and keep at room temperature for 30 minutes. ④Wet the edge of the gyoza skins with water and place a teaspoon of filling on top of each skin. Then close it up. ⑤Oil the frying pan and fry the gyoza until browned on Medium heat, then pour in some hot water, and place the lid of the pan on top. ⑥Steam the gyoza for 5-6 minutes until the skins go translucent then turn the heat up to high and evapourate all of the water. ⑦When the water has evapourated, drizzle in some sesame oil from the sides of the pan, and cook the gyoza until crispy. ⑧Serve with Ponzu withh Rāyu (Chili Oil). ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】20個分 餃子の皮 20枚(モランボン大判サイズ) 餃子のタネ 白菜 250g 塩 小さじ1/2 ★豚ひき肉 140g 脂身の多い方が良いです。 あればラードを大匙1くらい加えるともっと美味しい! ★紹興酒(ないときは酒)小さじ1-2 ↑わざわざ買ってもほんとは加えてもらいたい! ★醤油 小さじ1 ★顆粒ガラスープ小さじ1プラス小さじ1のお湯 ★ごま油 小さじ1 ★すりおろしにんにく小さじ1 *ごま油 【作り方】 ①白菜は細かく刻んで塩をまぶして少し置いておく。 出た水分を手でぎゅっと絞る。 ②★の材料をボウルに入れて白っぽくねっとりするまで、混ぜ続ける。 ③白菜を加えてさらに良く混ぜる。 ラップなどをして室温で30分ほどおいておく。 ④餃子の皮の上に小さじ1くらいの餃子のタネを乗せて、ふちを水で濡らしひだを寄せて形を整える。 ⑤フライパンに油をひいて、餃子を並べ中火で焦げ目が軽くつくくらいまで焼いたら、熱湯を注ぎ入れふたをする ⑥餃子の皮が半透明になるまで5-6分焼いて、最後は強火にして水分を飛ばす。 ⑦水分が無くなったらごま油を加えて1分ほど強火でカリカリに焼く。 ⑧お好みでポン酢、ラー油、からし、お酢などでどうぞ! 粘り気がでるまでしっかりと手が疲れるくらい混ぜることと、混ぜ終わったら野菜と挽肉がなじむまで30分ほど休ませると美味しい焼き餃子になります^^

White chocolate is not white when it is baked. ガリガリとした食感が後を引く、ひとつ上の焼きチョコ作りました。作り方はシンプル、材料もシンプル。日持ちするから作り置きできます。見た目がシンプルなので、かわいいラッピングをしてみてください。おいしさは確定なので。ぜひ。 *レシピ*(17個できました) 1.沸騰後少し冷ましたお湯を準備する。 2.(1)で湯煎しながら、卵白1個とグラニュー糖 100gを混ぜ合わせる。 3.グラニュー糖の粒が見えなくなるまで混ぜ合わせ、湯煎から下ろす。 4.アーモンドスライス 50gをザッと砕きながら加え、薄力粉 30gもフルイ入れる。 5.混ぜる。 6.チョコレートやホワイトチョコレートを入れ(5)をまとわせる。 7.オーブンシートを敷いた天板に(6)を落とす。 8.160℃に予熱したオーブンで35分焼く。 9.焼き上がったらそのまま天板の上で粗熱を取る。 10.でけた。ホワイトチョコレートは焼きチョコにするとホワイトじゃなくなるね。 #チョコレート #クロッカン #レシピ #簡単

    Delicious General Tso's chicken without heating a deep fryer. Recipe found in a magazine: Centennial Kitchens "Air Fryer Recipes" 1 egg 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized chunks 1/2 cup plus 2 tsps cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 6 tbsp chicken stock 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced ginger 2 tbsp sliced green onion (for garnish if desired) Beat the egg in one bowl, add the chicken pieces and stir to coat. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup cornstarch and salt and pepper Take egg covered chicken piece and dip into the cornstarch mixture. Place in greased air fryer basket. Cook at 400 F for about 15 minutes (until brown) turning pieces a the 6-7 minute mark In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, vinegar, chicken stock and ketchup. Whisk in the the remaining 2 tsp of cornstarch. Set aside. Meanwhile heat oil in pan, add garlic and ginger, cook until garlic starts to brown, add sauce mixture. Stir and cook until thickened.     These simple meringue cookies are made by assembling marshmallows like a craft. I bought the mega marshmallows at a business supermarket, and the mini marshmallows and medium marshmallows at Daiso. *Recipe* 1.Cut and assemble the marshmallows, and place them on a baking sheet. If you use kitchen scissors with a wet cloth to moisten the cut edge, the marshmallow will not stick and is easier to handle. Marshmallows are beautifully baked when the front side is on top and the cut end is on the bottom. 2.Bake at 120°C for 30 minutes without preheating, keeping an eye on the marshmallows to make sure they don't get too brown. 3.After baking, cool it in the oven. 4.Melt a small amount of chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and use a toothpick to draw a face. 5.It's done. Who?     I made a gorgeous fresh caramel with chocolate-colored caramel and brightly colored raspberries on top. You can add spices if you like for a more mature taste. *Recipe*. 1.Crush 5g of dried raspberries appropriately. 2.Put 320g of granulated sugar, 50g of starch syrup and 80g of water in a pan and heat. 3.Boil gently over small medium heat without stirring until caramelized. 4.Remove from the heat and when it stops boiling, stir in 200ml of fresh cream and 80g of unsalted butter. 5.Bring to a simmer over stronger low heat while mixing.It will take quite a while. 6.Pour a few drops of the caramelized liquid into ice water, scoop it up by hand, and check how well it is boiled down.If it doesn't stick to your hands and forms a lump, it's OK. At first, you may be confused about how much to boil down, but this is what caramel looks like. 7.Remove from heat and add spices if you like. This time, I sprinkled cinnamon powder 45 times and nutmeg powder 10 times. 8.Pour 1cm thick into a mold with an oven sheet.This time I used an 18cm square mold.There was a little leftover caramel liquid, so I put it in another mold. 9.When cooled slightly, sprinkle with (1) dried raspberries. 10.Place in the refrigerator to chill. 11.While still cold, cut into pieces. It is difficult to cut into pieces when it becomes soft, so cut while cooling in the refrigerator. This time, I cut it into pieces of about 3✖️2.2cm. 12.Done.They soften quickly even at body temperature, so it's hard to wrap them in parchment paper. This time, I wrapped them in an oblate that I bought at a pharmacy. It's easy to wrap and easy to eat. チョコレートのようにこっくりと色づいたキャラメルに色鮮やかなフランボワーズをのせた華やかな生キャラメル作りました。お好みでスパイスを入れると大人な味になりますよ。 *レシピ* 1.ドライフランボワーズ 5gを適当に砕いておく。 2.鍋にグラニュー糖 320g、水飴 50g、水 80gを入れ火にかける。 3.小さめの中火でかき回さずに静かにキャラメル色になるまで煮る。 4.火からおろし、沸騰がおさまったら、生クリーム 200ml、無塩バター 80gを入れ混ぜる。 5.強めの弱火にかけ、混ぜながら煮詰める。結構時間かかります。 6.氷水にキャラメル液を数滴たらし、手で掬い上げ、煮詰め具合を確認する。手につかず塊になったらOKです。最初は煮詰め具合に迷うけど、キャラメルってこんな感じだなってなります。 7.火からおろし、お好みでスパイスを加える。今回、シナモンパウダー 45回、ナツメグパウダーを10回振り入れました。 8.オーブンシートを敷いた型に1cmの厚さに流し込む。今回、18cmのスクエア型を使用。キャラメル液が少し余りましたので別の型に入れました。 9.少し冷めたら(1)のドライフランボワーズを散らす。 10.冷蔵庫で冷やす。 11.冷えているうちに切り分ける。柔らかくなると切り分けづらいので、冷蔵庫で冷やしながら切る。今回、3✖️2.2cm程度に切り分けました。 12.でけた。体温でも柔らかくなるのが早いのでパーチメントペーパーには包みづらいです。今回、ボンタンアメのように薬局で買ったオブラートに包んでみました。ラッピングしやすく食べやすいです。 #Raspberry #FreshCaramel #WrappingTips #Recipes #フランボワーズ #生キャラメル #作り方 #ラッピングアイデア

    This is a favorite South African classic fridge tart that uses powdered coffee creamer. It is called a cremora tart because of a Nestle brand of coffee creamer by that name. I first saw this one on Emmy's channel @emmymadeinjapan The base can be made of crushed or whole flat cookies. I think this would be very good with a classic graham wafer crust. I will try this one again with some blueberry topping. It is a perfect dessert to showcase other flavours. 2 Cups coffee mate powdered creamer (or other non-dairy coffee creamer) 1/2 cup cold water 1 -10oz sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup lemon juice Blend water with creamer until smooth Blend in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.     This is how to make an interesting and unusual dessert using the cute silicone molds of Winnie the Pooh from Daiso, a 100 yen store. Try baking it with something of your choice in between. *Recipe* (for 6 pieces) The steps 1 to 3 are different from those in the video, but I recommend this method. 1. Put 30g of granulated sugar and 45g of cornstarch in a pan and mix. 2. Add 3 egg yolks and mix. 3. Add 375g of milk and a few drops of vanilla oil and mix. 4. Place over heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. The mixture will thicken rapidly, so be careful not to overheat! The thinner than the one in the video it is, the easier it will be to do the rest of the work. 5. Put it in a piping bag. Check the heat resistant temperature of the piping bag. 6. Squeeze to about half of the mold. 7. Add whatever you like. This time, I put a piece of torn cheese cut into a suitable size and cream cheese. The dough tastes like a hybrid of custard cream and pudding. Of course, you don't have to pinch anything. In that case, I think you can increase the amount of sugar by about 10g. 8. Squeeze the remaining dough. 9. Cool and harden in the freezer for about 2 hours. 10. Remove from the mold. 11. Brush the surface with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of water. 12. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 to 15 minutes. 13.It's done.     In this season when the demand for chocolate is increasing, I made a slightly different kind of chocolate pudding. This interesting chocolate pudding is stretchy and rich. It stretches even better when mixed. *Recipe* (for 4 containers filled with 170 ml water, 400 ml chocolate pudding liquid) Make chocolate pudding 1.In a heatproof bowl, add 50g of rice cakes, 20g of unsalted butter, and a small amount of milk from 170g (a). 2.Mix well to make the rice cake smooth.If necessary, add a small amount of milk and heat additionally. 3.Add 10g of cocoa powder and mix. 4.Add the remaining milk from (a) of (1) little by little and mix. 5.Add 70g marshmallows and mix. 6.Add 80g of fresh cream and mix. 7.Heat in a 600w microwave for about 2 minutes. 8.Mix and melt the marshmallows. 9.Pour into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Make chocolate sauce 10.Put 50 g of small pieces of chocolate in a heatproof container and heat in a microwave oven at 600 W for 30 seconds at a time, watching carefully so as not to burn the chocolate. This time, I heated it for a total of 1 minute and 30 seconds, switching back and forth to melt it. 11.Mix so that there is no undissolved residue. 12.Add 30g of fresh cream and mix. 13.Add 20g of milk and mix. 14.Pour (13 taken the rough heat) over (9) and let cool. 15.Done. チョコレートの需要が伸びるこの時期、ちょっと変わったチョコプリン作りました。伸びて濃厚な面白チョコプリン。混ぜるとさらによく伸びます。 *レシピ*(満水 170mlの容器4個分・チョコプリン液 全量 400ml) チョコプリンを作ります 1.耐熱ボウルに、4等分した餅(50g)、無塩バター 20g、牛乳 170g(a)から少量を加え、ラップをし、600wの電子レンジで様子を見ながら2分ほど加熱する。 2.よく混ぜ合わせ、餅を滑らかにする。必要なら牛乳を少量足し、追加加熱する。 3.ココアパウダー 10gを加え混ぜる。 4.(1)の(a)の残りの牛乳を少しずつ加えながら混ぜる。 5.マシュマロ 70gを加え混ぜる。 6.生クリーム 80gを加え混ぜる。 7.600wの電子レンジで2分ほど加熱する。 8.混ぜ、マシュマロを溶かす。 9.器に流し入れ、冷蔵庫で2時間ほど冷やす。 チョコソースを作ります 10.耐熱容器に小さくしたチョコレート 50gを入れ、600wの電子レンジで30秒ずつ様子を見ながら焦がさないように加熱する。(今回、前後を入れ替えながら合計1分30秒加熱し、溶かしました。) 11.溶け残りがないように混ぜる。 12.生クリーム 30gを入れ混ぜる。 13.牛乳 20gも入れ混ぜる。 14.粗熱をとった(13)を(9)に注ぎ、冷やす。 15.でけた。 #chocolate #mochi #recipe #チョコレート #餅 #バレンタインデー

    I made Japanese traditional candy Wagashi Tsubaki-mochi. Tsubaki means Camellia in Japanese, and Tsubaki-mochi is the oldest sweets in Japan and it's said to be the origin of Japanese sweets Wagashi. This candy consists of domyojiko(kind of sticky rice), red sweet bean paste"anko" inside, and it is sandwiched between two camellia leaves. Tsubaki-mochi has been around since the Heian period(794 to 1185) and is also described in the famous "The Tale of Genji" in Japanese literature.     鏡餅を使ってバター餅を作りました。電子レンジでできる簡単レシピなので1月11日の鏡開きのメニューに試してみてください。ミルキィーな羽二重餅みたいで美味しいです。 *レシピ*(4✖️4cm およそ24枚) 1.大きめの耐熱容器に小さく切ったお餅 3個(156g)と牛乳 45gを入れ、ふんわりラップをかける。 2.600wの電子レンジで2分30秒程度、お餅が柔らかくなるまで加熱する。 3.砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。よく混ざらない場合は、電子レンジで30秒ほど追加加熱する。 4.卵黄 1個、バター 15g、片栗粉 10gを入れその都度混ぜる。 5.片栗粉の上に取り出し、好みの薄さに伸ばす。今回は12✖️32cmに伸ばしました。 6.片栗粉でくっつくのを防止しながら好みの大きさに切る。今回は4✖️4cmです。クルッとした方は2.5✖️6cmです。 7.でけた。食べ過ぎ注意だな。 I made butter rice cakes using Kagamimochi.This is a simple recipe that can be made in a microwave oven, so try it out for your Kagami-biraki menu on January 11. It tastes like milky Habutae mochi. *Recipe* (4✖️4cm, about 24 sheets) 1.Put 3 small rice cakes (156g) and 45g of milk into a large heatproof container, and cover softly with plastic wrap. 2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds until the rice cakes become soft. 3.Add 40g of sugar and mix. If it does not mix well, heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. 4.Add 1 egg yolk, 15g butter and 10g potato starch and mix each time. 5.Take it out on potato starch and spread it to the desired thinness.This time, I rolled it out to 12✖️32cm. 6.Cut into the desired size while preventing it from sticking with potato starch. This time it is 4✖️4cm. The curled up one is 2.5✖️6cm. 7.It's done. Be careful not to eat too much. #butter #mochi #ricecake #recipe #鏡開き #鏡餅

    Great last minute recipe for New Year's Eve. ***NOTE*** I made an error in the video on the ravioli. I say the half recipe has 1/2 cup parmesan put it is actually 1/4 cup for a half recipe. Ravioli coating mix: Full recipe had all of these ingredients doubled, and it make MORE than enough. 1 cup breadcrumbs (I used seasoned Italian crumbs) 1/2 grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp garlic salt, or seasoning salt 1 - 8 oz pack of refrigerated cheese ravioli (frozen is okay too, just defrost) cooking spray Olives: For a 10oz jar of olives: Coating: 3/4 cups flour 2 cups panko crumbs 1 tsp garlic salt or seasoned salt Combine seasoned salt and flour THIS MAKES A TON of coating probably enough for 3 jars of olives.     These baked sandwiches have nothing to do with Halloween or Zombies. I was not able to track down the reason that they are named this way! lol. 3 packets of active dry yeast or 2 and 3/4 tablespoons Dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water. *Note* A "normal" loaf of bread takes one packet of yeast (2 1/4 tsp), this recipe is about two loaves of bread worth of flour. You probably only need 4 1/2 tsp of yeast for this (1 tbsp plus 1 1/4 tsp). 1 1/4 cup warm water 7 tbsp granulated sugar 7 tbsp vegetable oil 3/4 cup instant non-fat powdered milk 6 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 12 American or cheddar cheese slices Blend dry ingredients and then add in the oil, water and yeast/water mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cut into two pieces and place in 2 greased bowls (or one big one), cover and let rise until doubled in a warm place. Punch down dough and stretch out one of the pieces into the bottom of a half/sheet pan that has been greased. Place cheese slices over top. Top with remaining dough, stretching to edge. Crimp edges to keep cheese from leaking out. Cover and allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter when it comes out of the oven if desired. I have found two stories on how the cheese zombie came to be here are excerpt from the interwebs: "In the late 1950s, a school district in Washington’s Yakima Valley received an excess of subsidized cheese also known as government cheese. Faced with the abundance of dairy, the food services supervisor (or, by other accounts, a local cafeteria cook) invented a new sandwich that soon appeared on cafeteria menus: the Cheese Zombie. Yakima Valley school districts still make the meal, and nostalgic adults can get their Zombie fix from one of the many small shops in the area that also serve the sandwich." OR "In 1963, Decla Phillips and Helen Beloc worked as bakers for Mount Diablo High School (in Concord, California). The duo created the legendary Cheese Zombie by rolling out 144 pounds of dough, then stretching the dough onto baking sheets where it would be covered by a layer of American cheese, followed by another layer of dough. Small circles were cut and the edges were crimped using a special tool to keep the cheese from oozing out once melted. Once baked, the concoction becomes a doughy, gooey, cheesy ball of deliciousness. Served as a brunch treat for the students, Decla and Helen's Cheese Zombie quickly became a favorite and was adopted by schools throughout the East Bay.     まんまるの型でレアチーズケーキを作りました。キラキラした小さな幸せ。いただきます。 *レシピ*(直径 4.8cmの球型 4個分) 1.型にお好みのベリーとミントを入れる。 ゼリー液を作ります 2.水 20gに粉ゼラチン 4gを振り入れておく。 3.お湯 100gに砂糖 5gを入れ砂糖を溶かす。 4.(3)に(2)を入れ溶かす。 5.(1)に冷ました(4)を流し入れる。45gほど余ります。 6.冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。 チーズケーキ生地を作ります 7.水 20gに粉ゼラチン 4gを振り入れておく。 8.クリームチーズ 35gを柔らかく練り、砂糖 15gを入れ混ぜる。 9.生クリーム 55gを入れ混ぜる。 10.(7)を600wの電子レンジで20秒加熱し、ゼラチンを溶かす。 11.(9)に(10)を入れ混ぜる。 12.レモン汁 5gを入れ混ぜる。固い場合は湯煎にかけて緩める。 13.絞り袋に入れ、(6)に流し入れる。 14.冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。 15.でけた。粉ゼラチンの量間違えて、失敗もしたけどね。 I made a no-bake cheese cake in a sphere mold. A sparkling little happiness. I'll take it. * Recipe * (4 spheres with a diameter of 4.8 cm) 1.Put your favorite berries and mint in the mold. Make the jelly liquid. 2.Sprinkle 4g of powdered gelatin into 20g of water. 3.Dissolve 5g of sugar in 100g of hot water. 4.Put (2) in (3) and dissolve. 5.Pour the cooled (4) into (1). 45g will be left over. 6.Cool and harden in the refrigerator. Make the cheesecake dough. 7.Sprinkle 4g of powdered gelatin into 20g of water. 8.Knead 35g of cream cheese softly, add 15g of sugar and mix. 9.Add 55g of fresh cream and mix. 10.Heat (7) in a 600w microwave oven for 20 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. 11.Add (10) to (9) and mix. 12.Add 5g of lemon juice and mix. If it is hard, loosen it in a water-bath. 13.Put it in a piping bag and pour it into (6). 14.Cool and harden in the refrigerator. 15.It's done.     I made a baked confectionery that adapted the florentine and financier that my daughter loves.This is a greedy recipe that allows you to enjoy both the crispy and crunchy but time-consuming florentine and the moist and delicious financier at the same time from a different perspective.It's a quick and easy way to relax during winter tea time. *Recipe* (for six 7cm diameter round molds / or 1 18cm round mold) Make cake dough 1.Melt 1 egg, add 40g of sugar and mix. 2.Add 40g of melted unsalted butter and 40g of fresh cream and mix each time. 3.Add and sift 60g of cake flour, 10g of almond poodle (replaceable with 10g of cake flour), and 3g of baking powder, and fold. 4.If you want to make cocoa flavor, take half the amount (120g) and sift,mix with 3g of cocoa. 5.Pour into a mold (about 40g per piece),make a slight indentation in the center, and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for about 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Make the filling while baking. 6.Add 35g of melted unsalted butter, 10g of fresh cream and 35g of sugar and mix each time. Add 10g of cake flour and mix, and finally add 30g of almond slices and mix gently. 7.After the baking time of (5) is over, add (6) on top of the semi-raw (5) (about 19g per piece). 8.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 17-20 minutes, until well browned. 9.It's done. Don't wait to eat them. But the next day, the sweetness will set in and it will be even better. 娘が大好きなフロランタンとフィナンシェをアレンジした焼き菓子を作ってみました。カリッ サクッがたまらないけど手間のかかるフロランタンと、しっとりおいしいフィナンシェを目先をちょっと変えて両方一度に楽しめちゃう、欲張りなレシピです。冬のお茶の時間にすぐできて、ほっこりできますよ。 *レシピ*(直径 7cmの丸型 6個分/または18cmの丸型 1個分) ケーキ生地をつくります 1.卵 1個を溶き、砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。 2.溶かし無塩バター 40g、生クリーム 40gを入れ、その都度混ぜる。 3.薄力粉 60g、アーモンドプードル 10g(薄力粉 10gに置き換え可)、ベーキングパウダー 3gをフルイ入れ、さっくり混ぜる。 4.ココア味を作りたいときは半量(120g)を取り分け、ココア 3gをフルイ入れ混ぜる。 5.型に流し入れ(1個あたりおよそ40g)、気持ち中央を凹ませ、200℃に予熱したオーブンで5分30秒ほど焼く。 6.焼いている間にフィリングを作ります。 溶かし無塩バター 35g、生クリーム 10g、砂糖 35gを入れその都度混ぜる。 薄力粉 10gも加え混ぜ、最後にアーモンドスライス 30gを入れやさしく混ぜる。 7.(5)の焼き時間が終わったら、半生状態の(5)の上に(6)を入れる(1個あたりおよそ19g)。 8.200℃に予熱したオーブンで17〜20分、よい焼色がつくまで焼く。 9.でけた。はよ食べな。でも翌日からは甘さが馴染んでもっとおいしい。 #florentine #financier #cake #recipe #フロランタン #フィナンシェ #ケーキ

    2 lbs potatoes 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/ 2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder Boil potatoes until they are partially cooked, too firm to mash but cooked enough that a fork can be inserted fairly easily. Grate potatoes, add seasoning and stir together Form into tater tot shapes. Place in single layer in a greased air fryer basket and then bake at 350F for about 15 minutes, shaking or turning the tots every five minutes or so (until golden brown).     These thumbprint cookies have a delicious pocket of chewy caramel and chocolate. They don't taste exactly like Twix candy bars, but they are good! Found the cookie recipe in a magazine (basic sugar cookie recipe). 2 3/4 cups flour 1 cup butter (room temperature, I use salted butter) 1/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 1 1/2 cup white granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla about 25 caramels melted together with 1 1/2 tbsp water about 1 cup of chocolate chips melted. Cream sugar and butter together and blend in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour a little at a time until well combined and you have a stiff, slightly crumbly dough. Take small portions of dough and roll into balls, placing them on a greased or parchment or silicone mat lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Using your finger or some other object like the end of a wooden spoon, make a deep indentation in each cookie ball. Bake at 350F for about 10-15 minutes until bottoms are light brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a small indentation into the bottom of the cookie. Allow to cool on cookie sheet. Spoon small amount of melted caramel/water mixture into the bottom of the indentations. Allow caramel to cool and set.     This is how to make chocolate capsules that can be poured with warm milk to enjoy hot chocolate. It makes a great little gift this season. It's really good. Enjoy your home time. *Recipe* (for three 5 cm diameter capsules) 1.Melt 140g of chocolate. 2.Pour the chocolate into the mold, remove excess chocolate and let it cool. Repeat 2 or 3 times. If you make the chocolate a little thicker, it will not crack when you take it out. 3.When it hardens, remove the chocolate from the mold. 4.Press the chocolate onto a hot, flat pan to flatten the adhesive surface. 5.Add cocoa powder and marshmallows. This time, I added 10g of Morinaga's milk cocoa and 3g of mini-mini marshmallows I bought at Daiso. 6.Press the chocolate onto a hot, flat pan and combine with (5). It is also fun to put kite string in between. 7.Decorate as you like. 8.Done.Pour in milk that has been warmed to about 50°C and enjoy. Seriously delicious. This time, I tried tempering it in the microwave. Here is a brief description of the procedure. Put 70g of chocolate in a heat-resistant container and cover with plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 50 seconds. Switch the front and back and heat again for 50 seconds. Take it out, mix it slowly without creating bubbles, and melt the chocolate completely (if it doesn't melt completely, heat it for 10 seconds each). Mix for 1 minute while cooling with ice water. Cover with plastic wrap again and heat for 40 seconds. This method worked well for tempering in my microwave, although I burned it once... 温かいミルクを注ぐとホットチョコレートが楽しめる、チョコレートカプセルの作り方です。この季節の小さなギフトにもいいですよ。まじうまい。お家時間を楽しんでね。 *レシピ*(直径5センチのカプセル 3個分) 1.チョコレート 140gを溶かす。 今回、電子レンジでのテンパリングに挑戦しました。 簡単に手順を書いておきます。 耐熱容器にチョコレート70gを入れ、ラップをする。 電子レンジ 600wで50秒加熱。 前後を入れ替えて、再び50秒加熱。 取り出し、気泡を作らないようにゆっくり混ぜ、チョコレートを完全に溶かす(完全に溶けない場合は10秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱する。)。 氷水で冷やしながら1分混ぜる。 再びラップをして、40秒加熱。 このやり方で我が家の電子レンジでテンパリングに成功しました。1度焦がしてしまいましたが。。。 2.型にチョコレートを流し込み、余分なチョコレートを取り除き、冷やす。 2、3回繰り返す。少し厚めにするとチョコレートを取り出すとき割れにくく安心です。 3.固まったら、チョコレートを型から取り出す。 4.熱した平らなフライパンなどにチョコレートを押し付け、接着面を平らに整える。 5.ココアパウダーとマシュマロを入れる。今回、森永のミルクココア 10gとダイソーで買ったミニミニマシュマロを3g入れました。 6.熱した平らなフライパンなどにチョコレートを押し付け、(5)と接着しフタをする。 間にタコ糸を挟んでもおもしろい。 7.お好みのデコをする。 8.でけた。 50℃ほどに温めたミルクを注いで楽しむ。まじおいしい。 #hotchocolatebombs #marshmallow #melting #recipe #tutorial

    竈門炭治郎の耳飾り https://youtu.be/sJLmuCNzAWs に続く、鬼滅の刃動画第二弾。善逸の着物柄(鱗文様)のレアチーズケーキ作りました。はちみつレモン味のゼリーでオレンジから黄色へのグラデーションを作りました。もちろん味もいいよ。ちゅん。 *レシピ*(11✕14✕4.5cmのタングル型) 1.クリームチーズ 200gを薄切りにし、三角に切る。(1辺 2.3センチほど) 2.型に並べる。 3.冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 ゼリーを作ります 4.水 45gに粉ゼラチン 10gを振り入れておく。 5.小鍋にはちみつ 40g、水 300g、レモン汁 1個分(36g)グラニュー糖 45gを入れ火にかける。 6.沸騰直前まで加熱し、グラニュー糖を溶かす。 7.火からおろし、(4)を入れ溶かす。 8.(7)を145gとりわける。 9.とりわけた(8)に食用色素の黄色を2滴、赤を半滴入れ混ぜる。 10.(8)の残りに黄色を1滴入れ混ぜる。 11.(3)を傾け(9)を流し入れる。(45g余りました)固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷す。 12.(11)に(10)を流し入れる。(135g余りました)固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷す。 レアチーズケーキ部分を作ります 13.水 43gに粉ゼラチン 7gを振り入れておく。 14.(1)の残りのクリームチーズ(183g)を柔らかくする。 15.グラニュー糖 67g、生クリーム 183g、レモン汁 18gを順に加え、その都度混ぜる。 16.(13)を電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱しゼラチンを溶かす。 17.(16)を(15)に加え混ぜる。 18.(17)に(12)を流し入れる。空気を抜く。 19.冷蔵庫で一晩よく冷やす。 20.でけた。ちゅん。 Following the video of Tanjiro Kamado's earrings https://youtu.be/sJLmuCNzAWs , this is the second video of Demon Slayer : Kimetsu no Yaiba. I made a no-bake cheese cake with Zenitsu's kimono pattern (scale pattern).I made a gradation from orange to yellow with honey lemon flavored jelly. Of course the taste is good. Chun. * Recipe * (11✕14✕4.5cm tangle type) 1.Slice 200g of cream cheese and cut into triangles. (About 2.3 cm per side) 2.Place in a mold. 3.chill in the refrigerator. Make the jelly 4.Sprinkle 10g of powdered gelatin into 45g of water. 5.Put 40g of honey, 300g of water, 1 lemon juice (36g) and 45g of granulated sugar in a small pan and heat. 6.Heat until just before boiling to dissolve the granulated sugar. 7.Remove from the heat and add (4) and melt. 8.Set aside 145g of (7). 9.Add 2 drops of yellow food coloring and half a drop of red to (8) and mix. 10.Add 1 drop of yellow to the rest of (8) and mix. 11.Tilt (3) and pour in (9).(Excess 45g ).Cool in the refrigerator until it hardens. 12.Pour (10) into (11). (Excess 135g) .Cool in the refrigerator until it hardens. Make the no-bake cheesecake 13.Sprinkle 7g of powdered gelatin into 43g of water. 14.Soften the remaining cream cheese (183g) from (1). 15.Add 67g of granulated sugar, 183g of fresh cream, and 18g of lemon juice in that order, and mix each time. 16.Heat (13) in a microwave oven for about 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. 17.Add (16) to (15) and mix. 18.Pour (12) into (17). In a bowl, add 150g of raw okara, 75g of pancake mix, 1g of cinnamon (please increase as you like), 35g of sugar and 35g of plain yogurt and mix. 2. Make it into a donut shape. It's better to make it roughly into a shape without making it too tight. You can do about 10. 3. Fry in oil at 170 ℃ for about 3 minutes. 4. Done. It feels good to sprinkle powdered sugar on it to make it look good. Umai!     This is the pudding we've been making for my family who loves pudding. MUJI's enameled storage containers are fire-retardant, so I like the fact that I can make caramel directly in the containers. I made this pudding again. It's the kind of pudding that runs out quickly. *This is a recipe* (MUJI enamelware storage container, large, approx. 19 x 23.5 x 7.5 cm) Make caramel 1. Put 15g of granulated sugar and 40g of water in an enamel storage container. 2. Put on medium heat. 3. When you have the caramel you like, remove it from the heat. 4. Let it cool and let the caramel harden. Make pudding liquid 5. Put 425g of milk and 75g of granulated sugar in a small pan and heat over medium heat. 6. When the granulated sugar has melted, remove it from the heat. 7. Melt 5 whole eggs and 1 yolk without whipping. 8. Add (6) and mix. If the milk is hot, let it cool before adding it. 9. Add 6 drops of vanilla oil and mix. 10. While filtering (9), put it in (4). 11. Cover with aluminum foil. Shrink the aluminum foil firmly along the edge of the storage container so that the hot water in the water bath does not enter the pudding. 12. Spread a cloth on the pot and put (11) on it. 13. Pour boiling water so that the container is soaked about 2/3. 14. Cover and heat on the lowest heat of the stove for 37 minutes. 15. After heating, leave it for 10 minutes. 16. Take it out, and when the heat is removed, cool it in the refrigerator overnight. 17. Done.     I made a baumkuchen that looks like Jupiter. The recipe is the same as normal baumkuchen. The Dough is layered and baked, and layered and baked repeatedly. It's a simple task, but the finished product is so cute! I can't wait to eat! It will be. * Recipe * (for two 9 cm diameter balls) 1. sift together 40g of flour, 35g of cornstarch, 30g of almond powder and 1 &1/2 tsp (6g) of baking powder. 2. Knead 75g of unsalted butter softly, add 20g of honey and 35g of granulated sugar and mix. 3. Add 3 egg yolks and mix. 4. Add 1 & 1/2 tsp of rum and a few drops of vanilla oil and mix. 5. Add 35g of granulated sugar to 3 egg whites to make a firm meringue. 6. Add the flour of (1) to (4) in two portions and mix lightly ( taking care not to make it sticky ). 7. Add 1/3 of (5) to (6) and mix well. 8. Add the remaining 2/3 of (5) in 2 portions and mix evenly and fluffily. 9. Apply 15g of melted unsalted butter to the mold. 10. Add about 1 tbs of (8) to (9) and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 10 minutes until it becomes browned. It seems to work better around the heat if you put a wet dishcloth under the mold. 11. After baking, repeat steps (9) and (10) 5 times. Don't forget to wet a dishcloth and apply drawn butter! 12. Pour the remaining dough onto only one side and close the lid. 13. At the end, remove the rough heat from the baking mold for about 9 minutes. 14. Remove from the mold and sprinkle with chocolate if you like. I put about 30g of chocolate on each piece. 8% (2g) of salad oil is mixed with chocolate. 15. it's done. I failed the first time, but let's just say it's good because it's delicious. 木星みたいなバウムクーヘンを作りました。(鈴カステラみたいかな)。作り方は普通のバームクーヘンと同じ。生地を重ねて焼いて重ねて焼いてを繰り返す。地味な作業ですが、できあがった姿はなんともかわいい!早くたべたい!ってなります。 Baumはドイツ語で木、木星も木。なんかうれしい。 *レシピ*(直径 9センチの球 2個分) 1.薄力粉 40g、コーンスターチ 35g、アーモンドパウダー 30g、ベーキングパウダー 小さじ 1と1/2(6g)を合わせてふるっておく。 2.無塩バター 75gを柔らかく練り、はちみつ 20g、グラニュー糖 35gを入れて混ぜる。 3.卵黄 3個を入れて混ぜる。 4.ラム酒 小さじ 1と1/2と、バニラオイル 数滴を、入れて混ぜる。 5.卵白 3個にグラニュー糖 35gを加え、しっかりとしたメレンゲを作る。 6.(4)に(1)の粉類を2回に分けて加え、サックリと混ぜる。 7.(6)に(5)の1/3量を加えよく混ぜる。 8.(5)の残り2/3を2回に分けて加え、ふんわりとむらなく混ぜる。 9.溶かし無塩バター 15gを型にぬる。 10.(9)に(8)を大さじ 1程度ずつ入れ、180度に予熱したオーブンで10分前後、色がつくまで焼く。型の下に濡れフキンを敷くと熱の周りが良いようです。 11.焼けたら、(9)(10)を5回繰り返す。フキンを濡らすことと、溶かしバターを塗ることを忘れずに! 12.残った生地を片面だけに流し込み、蓋を閉じる。 13.最後は、9分程度焼き型のまま粗熱をとる。 14.型から取り出し、お好みでチョコレートを掛ける。 チョコレートは1個あたり30g程掛けました。チョコレートに対して8%(2g)のサラダ油を混ぜています。 15.でけた。 1回目失敗したけど、美味しいからよかったとしよう。 #jupiter #baumkuchen #recipe #howtomake #cute #delicious #bloopers #バウムクーヘン #バームクーヘン #作り方 #レシピ #NG

Apologizes that this is coming late in the campaign--I had an unexpected personal emergency come up that set me back a few weeks in schoolwork/KSW work. But of course, you can host a bake sale to fundraise for girls' education any time of year!! She's the First is a nonprofit organization that fights gender inequality through education. They support girls' education in low-income countries so those girls can be the first in their family to graduate high school, and they train students everywhere to be global leaders. With their #BakeAChange campaign, they encourage people to hold bake sales to fundraise for girls' education! The classic Bake a Change dessert is the tie-dye cupcakes (recipe here), but today I thought I would show another fun alternative 😊 Enjoy!! Just a quick *LIFE UPDATE* because wowow August was a crazy month 😱 For the first two weeks, I was completely immersed in the cookbook photoshoot in which I baked every recipe from the cookbook within 14 days!! From 5:30am to 2:00-3:00am, I worked and baked nonstop. It definitely tested my stamina beyond what I thought was possible. But it was a great learning experience, and the photos came out SO CUTE AHHHHH I can't wait for y'all to see!!!!!!! Then just two days after we wrapped, I left for South Korea/Japan for a fun vacation with some of my friends from college. I didn't share too much of it on social media because I wanted to be in the moment and absorb--apologizes about that! But we had an amazing time, and now I'm finally back in business working again! I wish I had more than 24 hrs in the days so I could film/post more content for you all, but just know I'm working my absolute hardest. It bums me out that the work I'm putting in won't be seen for awhile, so it must seem like I've been slacking from your perspective.
