Let the egg white sit in a fridge. ②Mix the ● ingredients and once dissolved. ③Whisk the egg yolk. ④Add ② and rice flour,mix. Preheat the oven at 338 °F/170℃. ⑤Take the egg white out from the fridge. Beat it lightly until watery ⑥When it becomes white and fluffy, add  sugar in 3 parts,and once formed into a firm meringue. Hand-mixer slowly for 1min. ⑦Using a whisk, fold in ⅓ of the egg whites in the batter until the mixture is homogeneous. ⑧Transfer the batter to the bowl that held the meringue, and mix the batter using a cut-and-fold motion, to leave as much of the air in the meringue as possible. ⑨Pour the batter into the chiffon cake mold. ⑩Bake at 170℃ for 28 minutes. ⑪Stick the cake pan on a tall bottle or invert the cake pan onto a cooling rack. Let it cool completely (over 3 hours). ⑫To extract the cake, run a thin sharp knife or thin spatula around both the outer and inner edge of the cake. Dust powder sugar on top, if you like, and enjoy! 【材料】17cm シフォン型 卵黄生地: 卵黄(L)  4個 豆乳(or 牛乳)  100g ココアパウダー  15g 米粉 70g メレンゲ: 卵白(L) 4 個 きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 50g 【作り方】 ①ボウルに卵黄、卵白を入れて、卵白は冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 ***室温が高い日は冷凍庫で10-15分冷やすと良い。 細かい気泡のメレンゲにすることが出来ます。 ②●の材料を混ぜてよく溶かしておく。 ***豆乳は軽く温めるとココアが綺麗に溶けます。 ③卵黄をよく混ぜる。 ④②と米粉を加えてよく混ぜる。 オーブンを170℃に予熱スタート。 ⑤よく冷えた卵白に砂糖を3回に分けて加えてメレンゲを作る。 最初に低速でほぐして白っぽくなったら、1回目の砂糖を加える。 ⑥砂糖が溶けてなじんだら2回目の砂糖を加えてさらに立てる。 筋が出たら3回目の砂糖を加えて立てる。 ココアの油分がメレンゲの泡を潰すのでしっかり目に立てる。 最後気泡を調えるために低速で1分ほど回す。 ⑦メレンゲの1/3を、④の卵黄生地に入れ、しっかりと混ぜる。 ⑧残りのメレンゲは半分ずつ加え、泡を潰さないように切り混ぜする。 ⑨型に生地を流し入れる。 ⑩170℃のオーブンで28分焼く。 ⑪焼き上がったらボトルなどに逆さにさして3時間以上冷ます。 ***焼き上がりの生地の部分が触れなければいいので、高さのあるものに乗せて逆さまにして冷ます。 シフォン型に張り付いた生地が沈みこまないように逆さまに冷まします。 ⑫完全に冷めたら薄手のナイフやシフォンナイフなどで、中央の筒部分と周囲にぐるりと差し込んで生地を外す。 手はずしでも出来ます。 お好みで粉糖などを振ってどうぞ。 ●保存はビニール袋などに入れて乾燥させないようにします。 気温が高い日は冷蔵庫へ。 *シフォンケーキはメレンゲが決め手! メレンゲがうまく出来ていればオイルなしでもふわふわな焼き上がりになります、翌日もふわふわなままです。 *シフォンケーキは生地が型に張り付くことで美味しく焼けます、型は製菓材料店などで 売られている「アルミシフォン型」がおススメ。 時々テフロン加工をしたものがありますが、NG! 生地が張り付かないのと、逆さまに冷やすのに向いていません。 ***今回使った米粉はこちら。 波里さんの菓子・料理用 お米の粉 https://www.namisato.co.jp/retail/ スーパーなどで比較的手に入りやすい米粉です。 米粉も色々な種類があり、粒子の細かさが違ってくるため、米粉のメーカーや種類が変わると出来上がりにも差異が出ます。 できましたら同じ米粉を使っていただけると同じように焼き上がると思います。

If it becomes heavy, whip on low speed to change big bubbles into small bubbles. ⑤Whip well until it falls smoothly and its trace remains for a moments. ⑥Sift cake flour, baking powder and mix with spatula. ⑦Add soy milk and butter and mix. ⑧Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then place the pan on a damp cloth briefly to reduce the heat. Pour the batter into the pan. ⑨Cover and heat for 10-14 minutes on low. Please note: the suggested time is just a guideline and it’s based on the stove and frying pan that I'm using. ⑩Remove the cake from the pan and wrap it with plastic wrap while it's warm.Let it cool. ⑪Make Cheese cream Place the bowl with whip cream inside a bowl with ice water and beat the cream. ⑫Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Mix it until smooth. Add granulated sugar. ⑬Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese , and fold it until combined. ⑭Spread the cheese cream over the sponge and put on strawberry in the middle secure. ⑮Wrap it with Plastic wrap.Cool it in the fridge for 30min. ⑯Sprinkle cocoa powder. 【材料】口径20cm フライパン 卵(L) 60g 上白糖 10g しっとり生地にするため上白糖ですが、他のお砂糖でもok 薄力粉 25g ベーキングパウダー 2g 無塩バター 5g 豆乳(or 牛乳) 小さじ 1 生クリーム 100g クリームチーズ 50g グラニュー糖 15g 苺 For Sprinkle ココアパウダー 【作り方】 ①ボウルに卵を割れ入れ軽くほぐしたら、ボウルの底を湯せんでさっと温める。 ***共立ての場合人肌よりやや低いくらいにに卵を温めたほうが立ちやすくふっくらとした生地になります。 温めすぎるとキメの粗い生地になるので温めすぎ注意です。 ②お湯から外したらすぐに砂糖を加える。 ③小さな容器に豆乳とバターを入れて湯せんにかけておく。 ④高速で立て始め、生地がだんだん重くなってきたら、最後低速で30秒ほど回して泡を一定にする。 ⑤生地がもったりと落ちるくらいになればOk。 ***生地に爪楊枝を刺すと沈まずに立ちます。 ⑥ここに薄力粉、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加え、ゴムベラで混ぜる。 ⑦豆乳、バターをぐむベラで受けながら加えて混ぜる。 ***油脂が入ってからはあまり混ぜすぎないこと。 ⑧フライパンを中火で熱し、全体に油をひいてペーパーなどでかるくふき取っておく。濡れ布巾などの上で一旦冷やしてから極弱火で再度温め、生地を流す ***クレープを焼くとき同様、こうすることで均等に綺麗に焼き上がります。 ⑨ふたをして極弱火で約10-14分ほど焼く。 ***焼き時間はご家庭の調理器具やガス台によって変わりますので時間はあくまでも目安として、調整をお願いします。 ⑩表面が乾いて焼き上がったら取り出して、ラップでくるんでそのまま冷ます。 ***ラップなしで冷ますと乾燥してくるむときに生地が割れることがあります。 ●チーズクリームを作る ⑪生クリームは緩くたてる。 ⑫クリームチーズはお砂糖を加えて柔らかくしておく。 ⑬生クリームとチーズをよく混ぜ合わせる。 ●仕上げる ⑭スポンジ生地の上にチーズクリームを厚く塗り、真ん中に苺をしっかりと押し込む。 ⑮ラップできっちりと包んだら冷蔵庫で30分から1時間落ち着くまで冷やす。 ⑯お好みで上にココアをふり、出来上がり^^

Don't forget to sift them. ③Squeeze the batter into each mold.( about 80% full)and put the Chocolate  on top.  or Spoon the mixture into each baking cups. ④Bake for 15 minutes. ⑤Cool completely on wire rack. 【材料】12ミニガトーショコラコラ 卵 1個(L)  60g きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 60g 溶かしバター (無塩)  60g ★薄力粉  60g   ★アーモンドプードル  20g   ★ココアパウダー 20g ★ベーキングパウダー  3g For  Toppings:  ビターチョコレート 40g 【作り方】 準備:バターは600w30-40秒レンチンして溶かしておく。 レンジ加熱後に、オーブンは170℃に予熱しておく。 チョコは小さく刻んでおく。 ①ボウルに卵、砂糖、無塩バター(溶かしたものを入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。 ②★印の材料をふるい入れてゴムベラで混ぜる。 ③生地を絞り袋に入れてカップの約80%絞り入れ、上にチョコを乗せる。絞り袋がないときはビニール袋などを使用しても良い。 またはスプーンですくっていれてください。 ④170℃に温めたオーブンで15分焼く。 ⑤ワイヤーラックで冷ます。

    I made the Origami Balloon Cheesecake ( https://youtu.be/FHDAcd76CP0 ) that I made before with bunnies.I recommend using brown parchment paper to make it look like a Netherland dwarf.The oven paper is slippery, so stickers won't stick to it! When you give them as gifts, you can put them in a transparent wrapping bag and put the face stickers on the outside.I think it's okay to keep it as it is for fun at home.The paper cutter used in the video was bought at DAISO. I borrowed the one my daughter uses for her nerdy activities. It's very convenient. *Recipe* (for 10 bunnies) 1.Make 10 origami balloon bunnies with a 15✕15cm parchment paper. 2.Mix 60g of cream cheese until smooth. 3.Mix in 60g of sugar. 4.Add 1 beaten egg in 2 portions and mix. 5.Add 75g of milk and mix. 6.Sift 100g of cake flour and 7g of baking powder and mix. 7.Add 10g of melted unsalted butter and mix. 8.Put the dough in a piping bag and put it in the bunnies of (1) (about 33g per piece). 9.Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 160℃. 10.Done.If you put too much, it will overflow! It looks like a big nose! 以前作った、おりがみ風船チーズケーキ https://youtu.be/FHDAcd76CP0 をうさちゃんで作ってみました。茶色のオーブンペーパーで作るとネザーランドドワーフみたいでおすすめです。オーブンペーパーはツルツルしているのでシールがくっつきにくい!プレゼントする時は、透明ラッピング袋に入れ、外装にお顔シールを貼るといいと思います。おうちで楽しむ分には気楽にこのままでいいんじゃないかと思ってます。動画内で使ったペーパーカッターはダイソーで買ったものです。娘がオタ活に使っているものを借用しました。便利です。 *レシピ*(10うさ分) 1.15✕15センチのオーブンシートで折り紙のうさぎを10個作ります。 2.クリームチーズ 60gを滑らかになるまで混ぜる。 3.砂糖 60gを入れ混ぜる。 4.割りほぐした卵 1個を2回に分けて入れ混ぜる。 5.牛乳 75gも入れ混ぜる。 6.薄力粉 100gとベーキングパウダー 7gをフルイ入れ混ぜる。 7.溶かし無塩バター 10gも入れ混ぜる。 8.生地を絞り袋に入れ、(1)のうさぎに入れる(1個あたりおよそ33g)。 9.160度に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。 10.でけた。入れ過ぎると溢れます!大きい鼻みたいになっちゃった! #origami #rabbit #cheesecake

Using fingertips, rub the Butter cubes into flour mixture until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Do not over do it. ⑤Add ② to ④ and mix . ⑥Using your palm , flatten the dough to 3cm thick. ⑦Brush all over with Soy milk(or milk) and score into 8 rough squares. Bake for 18 minutes until golden. ⑧Cool on a wire rack. To make Blueberry Icing, mix Icing Sugar, Blueberry powder and Lemon Juice until smooth. Place it in a piping bag , and pipe it out on the cooled Scones. ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】8個 ★強力粉 140g ★薄力粉 200g ★ベーキングパウダー 12g ★きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 40g 無塩バター 70g 卵(L) 1個 60g 豆乳 140g(+トップに塗るための少量) 冷凍ブルーベリー 80g 粉糖 15g~ ブルーベリーパウダー 小さじ1~ レモン汁 小さじ1~ 甘さ控えめですので、アイシングをたっぷりとかけてもOkです! 【作り方】 準備: オーブンは200℃に温めておく。 ①バターを1cm角に切って冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 ②ボウルに卵、豆乳をよく混ぜ冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 ③材料(★)をボウルに入れて泡立て器で混ぜ合わせる。 ④ここに冷やしたバターを入れ、指先ですりこむように混ぜる。 全体に混ざって粉類がさらさらになればOk。無理に細かく混ぜようとするとどんどんバターが溶けてくるので、手早く混ぜ全体にバターが混ざった感じになればよい。 ⑤④に②を加えて混ぜます。 ⑥打ち粉をしながら、手で生地をまとめたら3cmの厚さに平らにする。 ⑦生地を8個に切り分け、天板に並べたら、刷毛で豆乳(またはミルク)を塗る。黄金色になるまで18分焼く。 ***小さくカットした場合は早く火が入りますので、気持ち短めで焼いてください。冷凍のブルーベリーを加えているので、生地の温度が上がりにくいです、しっかりと焼いてください。 ⑧ワイヤーラックで冷ます。 完全に冷めたら、上にブルーベリーアイシングを絞る。 ***ブルーベリーアイシング 粉砂糖にブルーベリーパウダーを加えて、レモン汁を少しずつ加えてよく混ぜ固さを調整します。 パウダーがないときはレモン汁のみを加えたアイシングにしてください。

    以前SNSやテレビで話題になった、ハーベストミルフィーユサンドを大好きなイチゴ入りで作ってみました。さっぱりおいしい。 *レシピ*(3個分) 1.ザルにキッチンペーパーを置き、その上に無糖ヨーグルト 450gを入れ水切りヨーグルトを作る。 7時間半水切りし、ホエー 200gが出た水切りヨーグルトができました。 2.イチゴをスライスする。1個を7枚と10枚にスライスしたもの2通り準備しました。 3.ハーベスト バタートーストに(1)を塗る。 4.一番下にミントの葉を数枚重ねてハーベストで挟む。 5.(1)を平らに塗り、イチゴのヘタに近い方から順に1枚おく。 6.(5)を繰り返す。 水切りヨーグルト少し余りました。 7.ラップでゆったりと包み、冷蔵庫で2時間半から一晩冷やす。 8.でけた。 ヨーグルトに甘みがなくてもさっぱりとおいしいです。お好みで砂糖を20gほど加えるのもアリだと思います。 撮影時で2時間半から3時間半経過した状態です。一晩おいても食べてみましたが、ハーベストがよりしっとり、やわっとした食感になりました。いずれもとても柔らかく崩れやすいので気をつけてください。 #東ハト #ハーベスト #ハーベストミルフィーユサンド #ハーベストミルクレープ I tried making Tohato's Harvest Crepe Cake, which were once the talk of the town on social media and TV in Japan, with my favorite strawberries. It's refreshing and delicious. * Recipe * (for 3 crepe cakes) 1.Place kitchen paper on a colander and put 450g of unsweetened yogurt on it to make drained yogurt. After draining for 7.5 hours, we have a drained yogurt with 200g of whey. 2.Slice the strawberries into two pieces, one with 7 slices and one with 10 slices. 3.Spread (1) on the Tohato Harvest buttered toast. 4.Place a few mint leaves on the bottom and sandwich them with Harvest. 5.Spread (1) flat and place a piece of (2) on top, taking into account the order. 6.Repeat step (5). 7.Wrap it loosely in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours to overnight. 8.Done. Even if the yogurt is not sweet, it is refreshingly delicious. You can add about 20g of sugar if you like. At the time of shooting, 2.5 to 3.5 hours have passed. I also tried it overnight, and found the Harvest to be more moist and soft. Both are very soft and crumble easily, so please be careful.

Line the cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃ ①Beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. ②Beat the eggs, and add it little by little. ③Add the ingredients marked with ● to a bowl and mix well with a spatula. Don't forget to sift them ④Pour the batter into a loaf pan and smooth the surface. ⑤Pour the batter into a paper-lined loaf pan , and bake at 180°C for about 32 minutes. Let the middle sink when you are pouring the batter into the tin. When it has been in the oven for 10 minutes, make a vertical slit down the middle. Insert a bamboo skewer and when it comes out clean, it's done. *If it seems like it might burn halfway through, cover with aluminium foil and continue baking. *Let it cool, and cover with plastic wrap. 【材料】18cm×8cm×H6cm パウンド型 1台分 無塩バター 100g きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 80g 全卵 90g ●きな粉 60g ●アーモンドプードル 40g ●ベーキングパウダー 2g 【作り方】 準備: 卵とバターは室温にする。 卵は溶いて、90g量る。 型にクッキングシートを敷いておく。 オーブンは180度に予熱する。 ①バターに砂糖を加えて白っぽくふんわりするまで泡立て器で混ぜる。 ***HMをお持ちでしたらお使いください、手早くふんわりします。 ②溶き卵を数回に分けて加える。 ****卵は室温に戻すのを忘れずに。冷えたまま使うと、バターが冷えて分離しやすくなります。もしも忘れていたら、溶き卵をボウルに入れてボウルの底を湯煎に数秒つけてを何度か繰り返し、室温に戻します。温めすぎると今度はバターが溶け出すので注意します。 ③●の材料をふるい入れ、ゴムベラでよく混ぜる。 ④型に入れて表面をならし、両サイドを高く、中央を低くするように生地入れをする。 ***こうすることで火が入りやすくなります。 ⑤180℃に温めたオーブンで32分焼く。 ***焼き始めてから10分ほど経ったところでナイフで中央に切り込みを入れると焼き上がりが縦に綺麗に割れます。 中央に竹串を刺してみて何もつかなければ焼き上がり! *途中で焦げてしまいそうなときは、アルミホイルをかぶせて焼いてください。 *粗熱をとり、ラップに包んでおくとしっとりします。 ************************ 保存方法 ●焼いた当日は粗熱が取れたらラップにくるむかビニール袋に入れる。 (完全にそのまま冷ますよりもこの方がしっとりします) ●●冬の時期は暖房のない部屋で3-4日は美味しく食べることが出来ます。 ●夏場は冷蔵庫の野菜室で4日ほど保存可能、それ以上は冷凍しましょう。 ただし冷えるとバター生地なので生地がしまって固くなるため、食べる時は室温に戻して食べます。 ただし手作りのお菓子は保存剤や防腐剤などが入らないので市販の物とは違います。その点十分にご留意ください。 ●プレゼントで誰かに送りたいときは、宅急便はクール(冷蔵)便で。 夏も冬もこの方が安心して送ることが出来ます。 食べる時に室温に戻します。 ●ラッピングは翌日に食べるならOPP袋に入れて。 また、脱酸素剤をガス袋の中に入れシーラーで留めれば、酸化を防いでくれるのでより美味しさをキープ出来ます。

Cut them into the size that is easy to eat. ③Preheat the oven to 180℃. Remove the pork blocks from the marinade. ④Place the pork block on top of the vegetables and roast for 50 to 60 minutes. ***Turn them over halfway through. ⑤Slice to the thickness you like! 【材料】 豚ロース肉ブロック 600g ●Marinade すりおろしにんにく すりおろし生姜 砂糖  大さじ1 醤油 大さじ3  酒  大さじ5 味噌  大さじ5 昆布茶 小さじ1/2 野菜:玉ねぎ、人参、ピーマンなど。 【作り方】 ①調味料をすべてジップロックまたは容器などに入れて、肉の塊を 入れ漬け込む。 ***5-6時間から冷蔵庫で一晩ほど漬け込む。 ②野菜を食べやすい大きさに切る。 ③オーブンを180℃に温める。 肉を用意する。 ④トレイなどに野菜を並べて置き、その上に肉を乗せて50-60分焼く。 ***途中裏返す。 ⑤串などを刺してみて透明な肉汁が出れば中まで火が入っていますが、そこからもう少し焼く。 焦げそうならアルミを被せますが、少し焦げたほうがより味が良くなります。 冷蔵庫で一晩置くとかなり肉が冷たくなるので、室温に出しておきます。 野菜は無くても大丈夫です。 アルミホイルを2重にして焼いても。または、グリルでも焼くことが出来ます。

Preheat the oven to 320°F/ 160℃. ①Add the ingredients marked with ● to a bowl and mix well with a  Whisk. ②Combine Soy milk, oil,  into a bowl and whisk until smooth. ③Add ② to ① and mix . ***If you can't bring the dough together, add soy milk to adjust. ④Divide the cookie dough into two. Add roasted green tea powder one side of the dough and mix the dough with your hands. ⑤Place the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of 1cm. ⑥put roasted green tea dough on top of plain dough,and dice into 2cm cubes. ⑦Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 16 minutes. ⑧Cool completely on wire rack. 【材料】 ●米粉  70g ●アーモンドプードル  30g ●きび砂糖  20g ●塩 少々 ***味のアクセントになるので塩は少量ですが加えるのが良いです ●ベーキングパウダー  2g 米油  40g ***お好みのOil でOkです 豆乳  25g  ほうじ茶パウダー  3g 【作り方】 準備: 天板にはクッキングシートを敷いておく。 オーブンは160℃に温めておく。 ①●のマークが付いた材料をボウルに入れ、泡立て器でよく混ぜる。 ②豆乳をボウルに入れて油を少しずつ加えて、泡立て器でよく混ぜる。 ③①に②を加えて混ぜる。 ④クッキー生地を2つに分け、片方にほうじ茶を加えてよく混ぜる。 ⑤クッキングシートなどの間に生地をはさんで、それぞれを1cmの厚さに伸ばす。 ⑥生地を重ねてから形を整えて、2cm角にカットする。 ***お好みでお箸などで模様をつけても可愛いです。 ⑦クッキングシートを敷いた天板にクッキーを乗せ、160℃に温めたオーブンで16分焼く。 ⑧ワイヤーラックなどの上で冷ます。 ***今回使った米粉はこちら。 波里さんの菓子・料理用 お米の粉 https://www.namisato.co.jp/retail/ スーパーなどで比較的手に入りやすい米粉です。

    I made a layer crepe cake ( mille crêpes ) with a wavy way of sandwiching the cream.During the process, I lost about five crepes unexpectedly, and it turned out to be far from mille.I'm sure the visual is not enough, but please enjoy. *Recipe*. Bake the crepes (makes about 13 crepes) 1.Sift 60g of cake flour, 15g of cocoa powder and 5g of baking powder together. 2.Beat 2 eggs. 3.Add 15g of sugar and a pinch of salt and mix. 4.Add about 25% of 200ml of milk and mix. 5.Add (1) and mix so as not to get lumpy. 6.Add the remaining milk from (4) and mix. If you are worried about lumps, strain the mixture through a mesh. Bake in a frying pan for Tamagoyaki. 7.Heat a frying pan and add a thin layer of oil. 8.Pour in the dough for a small ladle and spread. 9.When the edges start to brown and dry out, turn the dough over. 10.Take it out after baking a little. Repeat a series of work. 11.Layer the crepe dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and cool it in the refrigerator. 12.Add 30g of sugar to 350g of fresh cream and whip. 13.Put (12) between (11) and stack them. 14.Wrap it in plastic wrap and cool it in the refrigerator. 15.Cut off the 4 sides with a warm knife. 16.Done. クリームのはさみ方を波なみにしたミルクレープ作りました。途中、クレープを5枚ほど、思わぬところで失ってしまい、ミル?には程遠い感じになってしまいました。物足りないビジュアルとは思いますが、ご容赦願います。 *レシピ* クレープを焼きます(13枚ほど焼けます) 1.薄力粉 60g、ココアパウダー 15g、ベーキングパウダー 5gの粉類を合わせてふるいます。 2.卵 2個をときほぐす。 3.砂糖 15g、塩 ひとつまみを入れ混ぜる。 4.牛乳 200mlのうち、1/4ほどを入れ混ぜる。 5.(1)を入れ、ダマにならないように混ぜる。 6.(4)の残りの牛乳を入れ混ぜる。ダマが気になるときは網でこす。 7.卵焼き用のフライパンで焼きます。 フライパンを熱し、油を薄くひく。 8.小さなお玉 1杯分の生地を流し入れ、広げる。 9.縁が焼け、乾いてきたら、ひっくり返す。 10.少し焼いたら取り出す。一連の作業を繰り返す。 11.クレープ生地を重ねてラップに包み、冷蔵庫で冷やす。 12.生クリーム 350gに砂糖 30gを入れホイップする。 13.(11)の間に(12)を挟み、重ねていく。 14.ラップに包み冷蔵庫で冷やす。 15.温めたナイフで4辺を切り落とす。 16.でけた。 #CrepeCake #MilleCrêpes #recipes #ミルクレープ #クレープケーキ #レシピ

    I made mizuyokan ( soft sweet bean jelly or paste ) with mikan ( mandarin orange ) juice using the mikan mold made from mikan. The method of making the molds is the same as for the cola bottle gummy. https://youtu.be/6gMff2omf0I Mikan mizu-yokan is refreshing and is recommended for the coming season. *Recipe* (for 5 small mikan) 1.Remove the stems from 5 cleaned mikan (about 45g each). Keep the stems so that they do not dry out. Make a mold with mikan 2.Dissolve 105g of gelatin powder in 700ml of hot water. 3.Pour (2) into a container and place the mandarin oranges from (1) face down. Cover and chill in the refrigerator to harden. 4.Take out the jelly from (3), divide it vertically into two equal parts, and take out the mandarin oranges from the inside.I found that cutting with a knife worked better than using a teflon. 5.Put the jelly of (4) back into the container and refrigerate. Make mikan mizu-yokan. 6.Squeeze the mandarin oranges from (4) and extract the juice.Add 100% orange juice to make a total of 200 ml. 7.Put 265g of white bean paste and 65g of water in a small pan and heat.Warm to body temperature while stirring to dissolve the white bean paste, and remove from the heat. 8.Put the mandarin orange juice from (6), 4g of agar powder and 35g of sugar in a small pan and heat. When it boils, remove it from the heat. 9.Add (7) to (8) while stirring. 10.Cool (9) to about 55°C. 11.Pour (10) into (5). 12.Cool in the refrigerator until it hardens. 13.Take out the mikan mizu-yokan and put the stems of (1) on top. 14.Done. I was very happy when it was done.But what to do with the jelly used for the mold? I used it to make a new jelly of my favorite flavor, or put it in rice when I cooked it. #yokan #orange #recipe みかんから作ったみかんの型で、みかん果汁の水羊羹を作りました。型の作り方はコーラボトルグミと一緒です。https://youtu.be/6gMff2omf0I みかん水羊羹はさっぱりしてるので、これからの季節にオススメです。 *レシピ*(小ぶりのみかん 5個分) 1.キレイに洗った みかん(1個 45g程度)5個のヘタを外す。ヘタは乾かないようにとっておく。 みかんで型を作ります 2.お湯 700mlに粉ゼラチン 105gを溶かす。 3.容器に(2)を注ぎ、(1)のみかんを下向きに入れる。フタをして冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。 4.(3)からゼリーを取り出し、縦に2等分して中からみかんを取り出す。テグスで取り出すよりもナイフで切った方がうまくいきました。 5.(4)のゼリーを容器にもどし、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 みかん水羊羹を作ります 6.(4)のみかんを絞り、果汁を取り出す。100%オレンジジュースを足し、合わせて200mlにする。 7.小鍋に白あん 265g、水 65gを入れ火にかける。白あんを混ぜ溶かしながら人肌に温め、火から下ろす。 8.小鍋に(6)のみかん果汁、粉寒天 4g、砂糖 35gを入れ火にかける。沸騰したら火から下ろす。 9.(8)に(7)を混ぜながら加える。 10.(9)を55℃程度まで冷ます。 11.(10)を(5)に流し入れる。 12.冷蔵庫で固まるまで冷やす。 13.みかん水羊羹を取り出し(1)のヘタをのせる。 14.でけた。 できあがるととってもうれしい。でも、型に使ったゼリーの使い道に困る。好きな味のゼリーに作り直したり、お米を炊く時に入れたりして使いました。 #みかん #水羊羹 #作り方

    These darling, bunny shaped, honey butter rolls are so delicious they will hop from the table right into your mouth! See the complete recipe below. Ingredients 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp salt Instructions Cut off 1/3 of 1 roll. Roll the larger piece of dough into a 5-inch rope. Roll the snake into a spiral. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray with the end pointing down. This will become the body of the bunny. Cut the remaining 1/3 in half. Take one half and form it into a 1-inch oval. Cut, lengthwise, 3/4 of the way down, fan the ears. Place on top of the spiral. Cut off a tiny amount of the remaining dough, round it, and place it at the round of the spiral for the tail. Form the rest of that dough into a rounded almond shape for the head. Place this at the top of the spiral, overlapping the base of the ears. Repeat steps 1-4 with remaining rolls. Cover the rolls with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick spray. Let rise for 45-60 minutes. The rolls are ready to bake when the dough looks light and airy and the bunnies have plumped to about double the size. Mix honey, butter, and salt together in a small dish. Melt in the microwave if the mixture is too thick to brush onto the bunnies. Brush the bunnies with half of the honey butter. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Brush again with the honey butter.

    I made a giant dorayaki made with Oreos. I made another giant one that was hard to eat. I regret it a little. I will cut it into pieces and eat it steadily with my family. *recipe* 1.Spread melted unsalted butter on the mold and sprinkle a thin layer of bread flour.Keep it in the refrigerator. 2.Divide 3 boxes of Oreo (54 sheets) into cookies and cream. 3.Put the cookie from (2), 310g of milk and 230g of egg in a blender and mix until smooth.I divided it into two parts because it was a lot. 4.Transfer (3) to a bowl, add 15g of baking powder and mix. 5.Pour (4) into (1). 6.Lower the oven preheated to 180℃ to 170℃ and bake for 15 minutes. 7.After baking, remove from the mold. 8.Whip the cream from (2) with 110g of fresh cream. 9.Put (8) in (7). 10.Place in a tart dish and chill in the refrigerator until the cream and dough are familiar. 11.Done.“Once again, I have made a gigantic object.” ( like Goemon Ishikawa from Lupine III ) #GiantOreo #Dorayaki #Oreo #OddlySatisfying #Recipe #ASMR オレオを使って作るジャイアントなどら焼き作りました。また食べるのが大変なジャイアントなものを作ってしまった。少し後悔。切り分けて家族で地道に食べます。 *レシピ* 1.溶かし無塩バターを型に塗り、強力粉を薄くはたいておく。冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 2.オレオ 3箱(54枚)をクッキーとクリームに分ける。 3.ミキサーに(2)のクッキー、牛乳 310g、卵 230gを入れ滑らかになるまで混ぜる。量が多かったので2回に分けました。 4.(3)をボウルに移し、ベーキングパウダー 15gを入れ混ぜる。 5.(1)に流し入れる。 6.180℃に予熱したオーブンを170℃に下げ15分焼く。 7.焼き上がったら、型から取り出す。 8.(2)のクリームに生クリーム 110gを入れホイップする。 9.(7)に(8)を挟む。 10.タルト皿などに入れ、冷蔵庫でクリームと生地がなじむまで冷やす。 11.でけた。「また大きいものを作ってしまった。」(ルパン三世の石川五ェ門で)

    This no-bake cheesecake is made using the yogurt cups as is.Try to make it by pushing in your favorite fruit.Oops, I accidentally used kiwi for the gelatin again!Kiwi is hard to harden with gelatin, so be careful when taking it out. *Recipe* (for 3 pieces) 1.Prepare the fruit to be placed inside. 2.Remove the yogurt from the cup. Wash the cup lightly. 3.Sprinkle 9g of powdered gelatin in 30g of water. 4.Add 180g of yogurt (2) and 20g of honey to 90g of softened cream cheese and mix smoothly.Eat the rest of the yogurt. 5.Heat (3) in a 600w microwave oven for about 20 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. 6.Add (5) while mixing (4). 7.Add 10g of lemon juice while mixing (6). 8.Fill the cup about eight‐tenths full with (7). 9.Push the fruit from (1) into the cup. 10.Place a store-bought biscuit and cool in the refrigerator until it hardens. 11.Done.     I made a Hello Kitty cake using a die-cut lunch box.This is the second cake using a lunch box, following the Rilakkuma cake I made before(what?! 7 years ago!). https://youtu.be/KyPj0ebCFtk *recipe* 1.Make the face parts with a chocolate pen. Make the mousse (you'll have leftover dough). 2.Cut the store-bought sponge cake into smaller pieces than the mold. 3.Whisk 100g of fresh cream 70% firmly. 4.Soak 5g of powdered gelatin with 30g of water. 5.Put 2 egg yolks, 100g of milk and 30g of granulated sugar in a small pan and heat over low heat while mixing. 6.When it gets a little thick, remove it from the heat. 7.Add (4), mix and strain. 8.Chill (7) in ice water until it thickens to the same consistency as the cream in (3).If it becomes too thick, put it in a water bath for a few seconds to loosen it. 9.Add (3) and mix. 10.Pour (9) into the mold. Put (2) in between. 11.Place in the freezer to harden. 12.When it hardens, warm the mold with hot water for about 20 seconds, take it out on a net, and cool it in the freezer. Make the glaze (you will have about half of it left over). 13.Chop 100g of white chocolate. 14.Sprinkle 6g of powdered gelatin into 20g of water. 15.Put 30g of water, 75g of granulated sugar and 80g of condensed milk in a small pan and bring to a boil. 16.Remove from heat and stir in (14) until melted. 17.Add (13) and mix until melted. Let it cool a little. 18.Pour (17) over (12). 19.Decorate with chocolate parts from (1). 20.Done. I realized that white chocolate is not really white. Hello Kitty turned out creamy. Sorry about that. #HelloKitty #MirrorGlazeCake #Recipe #Sanrio #lunchbox ダイカットお弁当箱を使ってキティちゃんのケーキを作りました。以前作った(えっ!7年前!)リラックマケーキ https://youtu.be/KyPj0ebCFtk に続き、お弁当箱を使ったケーキの第2弾です。 *レシピ* 1.チョコペンで顔のパーツを作る。 ムースを作ります(生地は余ります) 2.市販のスポンジを型よりひとまわり小さく切っておく。 3.生クリーム 100gを七分立てにしておく。 4.粉ゼラチン 5gを水 30gでふやかしておく。 5.小鍋に卵黄 2個、牛乳 100g、グラニュー糖 30gを入れ、混ぜながら弱火にかける。 6.少しとろみが付いたら火から下ろす。 7.(4)を加え混ぜ、濾す。 8.(7)を氷水で冷やしながら(3)の生クリームと同じくらいのとろみを付ける。 とろみが付き過ぎたら、数秒 湯煎にかけゆるめる。 9.(3)を入れ混ぜる。 10.型に(9)を流し入れる。間に(2)を挟む。 11.冷凍庫で固める。 12.固まったら型ごと20秒ほどお湯で温めて網の上に取り出し、冷凍庫で冷やしておく。 グラサージュを作ります(半量程度余ります) 13.ホワイトチョコレート 100gを刻んでおく。 14.水 20gに粉ゼラチン 6gを振り入れておく。 15.小鍋に水 30g、グラニュー糖 75g、練乳 80gを入れ沸騰させる。 16.火からおろし(14)を入れ溶けるまで混ぜる。 17.(13)を加え溶けるまで混ぜる。少し冷ます。 18.(12)に(17)をかける。 19.(1)のチョコレートパーツを飾る。 20.でけた。 ホワイトチョコってほんとのホワイトじゃないのを痛感。クリーム色になっちゃったキティちゃん。ごめんね。 #ハローキティー #サンリオ #グラサージュケーキ #レシピ #お弁当箱 #ダイカット

    直前に炙って食べる、炙りチーズケーキを作りました。炙り加減によってレアチーズケーキだったりバスクチーズケーキだったり、いろんな種類のチーズケーキが見え隠れする新しい感覚のチーズケーキです。いずれにしても、ほの温かく、とろっとした食感をぜひ体験してみてください。 *レシピ*(14.5cmのセルクル 1個分) ボトムを作ります 1.お好みのクッキー 70gを細かく砕く。 2.(1)に溶かした無塩バター 55gを入れ混ぜる。(私はバターが多過ぎたかなと思います。加減して減らしてみてください。) 3.オーブンペーパーを敷き込んだ型に(2)を敷き詰める。型は100円ショップ『セリア』で買いました。冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。 レアチーズケーキ生地を作ります 4.水 45gに粉ゼラチン 15gを振り入れ、湿らせておく。 5.室温に戻しておいたクリームチーズ 200gをボウルに入れなめらかにする。 6.砂糖 60gを入れ混ぜる。 7.無糖ヨーグルト 100gを入れ混ぜる。 8.600wの電子レンジで(4)を30秒ほど加熱しゼラチンを溶かす。 9.(7)を混ぜながら(8)を加える。 10.(9)を混ぜながらレモン汁 15gを加える。 11.(3)に(10)を流し入れ、表面を平らにする。 12.冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。 13.型から取り出し、温めたナイフで切り分ける。 14.表面にグラニュー糖を振りかけ、バーナーで炙る。 15.でけた。 ほんのり温かく、とろっとそれでいて香ばしさもあって、うん、おいしいです。 #炙りチーズケーキ #チーズケーキ #炙り I made a grilled cheesecake, which is eaten by grilling it just before serving. Try reducing it.) 3.Spread (2) on the mold with baking paper. I bought the mold at the 100-yen shop "Seria". Keep it chilled in the refrigerator. Make no-bake cheesecake dough. 4.Sprinkle 15g of powdered gelatin into 45g of water and keep it moist. 5.Put 200g of cream cheese that has been warmed to room temperature in a bowl and make it smooth. 6.Add 60g of sugar and mix. 7.Add 100g of unsweetened yogurt and mix. 8.Heat (4) in a 600w microwave oven for about 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. 9.Add (8) while mixing (7). 10.Add 15g of lemon juice while mixing (9). 11.Pour (10) into (3) and flatten the surface. 12.Refrigerate and harden. 13.Remove from mold and cut with a warm knife. 14.Sprinkle granulated sugar on the surface and grill with a burner. 15.Done. It's slightly warm, thick, and fragrant, and yes, it's delicious.

    バレンタインのチョコレートの残りを使って、チョコがたっぷり入ったチョコまみれケーキを作りました。電子レンジでできる簡単チョコレートケーキです。型は100円ショップのダイソーで買った、レンジでもオーブンでも使える『シリコーン小鍋』を使いました。買ったから使ってみたかったんです。 *レシピ* 1.小さめにしたお好みのチョコレート 200gと無塩バター 50gを耐熱ボウルに入れる。 2.600wの電子レンジで1分、前後を入れ替えて1分加熱する。 3.チョコレートを混ぜて溶かす。 4.卵 2個を割り入れ混ぜる。 5.牛乳 30gを入れ混ぜる。 6.耐熱容器に6分目程度入れ、ふんわりラップや蓋をする。 7.600wの電子レンジで3分、前後を入れ替えて2分加熱する。 8.冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やす。 9.でけた。 室温だとほろっと食感。冷蔵庫で2時間半ほどしっかり冷やせばキュッと詰まった食感が楽しめます。ほんとチョコまみれ。チョコ感が半端ないですわ。 #ダイソー #シリコーン小鍋 #チョコレートケーキ Using the leftover chocolate from Valentine's Day, I made a chocolate cake filled with chocolate. It is a simple chocolate cake that can be made in a microwave oven. For the mold, I used a "small silicone pan" that I bought at Daiso, a 100 yen store, that can be used in both the microwave and the oven. I wanted to try it out since I bought it. *Recipe* 1.Place 200g of your favorite small chocolate and 50g of unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl. 2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 1 minute, then switch back and forth and heat for 1 minute. 3.Stir to melt the chocolate. 4.Add 2 eggs and mix. 5.Add 30g of milk and mix. 6.Put up to about 60% of the heat-resistant container and cover it softly with plastic wrap or a lid. 7.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 3 minutes, then switch sides and heat for 2 minutes. 8.Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. 9.It's ready to eat. At room temperature, the texture is soft. If you refrigerate it for two and a half hours, you can enjoy the firmly texture. It's really chocolatey.

    I got an Oreo-style mold, so I made something like Oreo with cookies sandwiched between chocolates.The point of the effort is to bake the cookies inside as white as possible to make them look more like cream.This mold is so cute. I hope I can make soap or something. *recipe* Make the Oreo cookie part with chocolate 1.Place 70g of chocolate in a heatproof container and cover with plastic wrap. 2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 50 seconds. Switch back and forth and heat again for 50 seconds. 3.Take it out,stir slowly to prevent air bubbles from forming and melt the chocolate completely.(If it does not melt completely, heat in 10-second increments.) 4.Mix for 1 minute while cooling with ice water. 5.Cover with plastic wrap again and heat for 40 seconds. 6.Pour into a mold. 7.Tap the mold on the table to release the air bubbles. 8.Chill in the refrigerator. Make the cream part of Oreo with cookies 9.Knead 50g of unsalted butter softly. 10.Mix in 40g of sugar. 11.Eat in 20g egg white. 12.Sift 100g of cake flour and fold. 13.Roll the dough into a tube and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. 14.When the dough is easy to handle, take it out of the freezer, form it into a 4 cm tube, and chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes. 15.When cool enough to cut, cut into thin slices. I made about 24 sheets. 16.Place on the top plate and bake in an oven preheated to 140 ° C for 20 minutes.I put aluminum foil and a top plate on top in 10 minutes to bake it white. 17.Remove (8) from the mold. 18.While the baked (16) is still warm, stick it between (17). 19.It's done. It's cute. オレオ風の型を入手したので、チョコでクッキーを挟んだオレオみたいなものを作りました。中に挟んだクッキーをクリームに近づけるべく、できるだけ白く焼き上げるのが努力ポイントです。この型かわいいんだよ。石鹸とか作ってもいいなぁ。 *レシピ* チョコレートでオレオのクッキー部分を作ります 1.耐熱容器にチョコレート70gを入れ、ラップをする。 2.電子レンジ 600wで50秒加熱する。前後を入れ替えて、再び50秒加熱する。 3.取り出し、気泡を作らないようにゆっくり混ぜ、チョコレートを完全に溶かす(完全に溶けない場合は10秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱する)。 4.氷水で冷やしながら1分混ぜる。 5.再びラップをして、40秒加熱する。 6.型に流し込む。 7.トントントンと台に打ち付け、気泡を抜く。 8.冷蔵庫で冷やす。 クッキーでオレオのクリーム部分を作ります 9.無塩バター 50gを柔らかく練る。 10.砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。 11.卵白 20gを入れ混ぜる。 12.薄力粉 100gをふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。 13.ざっくりと筒状にまとめ、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。 14.扱いやすくなったら冷凍庫から取り出し、4cmの筒状にし、冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす。 15.切れるくらいの固さまで冷えたら、薄く切り分ける。24枚ほどできました。 16.天板に並べ、140℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。白く焼き上げるために10分の段階で、上にアルミ箔と天板を入れました。 17.(8)を型から取り出す。 18.焼き上がった(16)がまだ温かいうちに(17)で挟みくっける。 19.でけた。かわええ。 #oreo #chocolate #cookie

    Delicious General Tso's chicken without heating a deep fryer. Recipe found in a magazine: Centennial Kitchens "Air Fryer Recipes" 1 egg 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized chunks 1/2 cup plus 2 tsps cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 6 tbsp chicken stock 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced ginger 2 tbsp sliced green onion (for garnish if desired) Beat the egg in one bowl, add the chicken pieces and stir to coat. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup cornstarch and salt and pepper Take egg covered chicken piece and dip into the cornstarch mixture. Place in greased air fryer basket. Cook at 400 F for about 15 minutes (until brown) turning pieces a the 6-7 minute mark In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, vinegar, chicken stock and ketchup. Whisk in the the remaining 2 tsp of cornstarch. Set aside. Meanwhile heat oil in pan, add garlic and ginger, cook until garlic starts to brown, add sauce mixture. Stir and cook until thickened.     These simple meringue cookies are made by assembling marshmallows like a craft. I bought the mega marshmallows at a business supermarket, and the mini marshmallows and medium marshmallows at Daiso. *Recipe* 1.Cut and assemble the marshmallows, and place them on a baking sheet. If you use kitchen scissors with a wet cloth to moisten the cut edge, the marshmallow will not stick and is easier to handle. Marshmallows are beautifully baked when the front side is on top and the cut end is on the bottom. 2.Bake at 120°C for 30 minutes without preheating, keeping an eye on the marshmallows to make sure they don't get too brown. 3.After baking, cool it in the oven. 4.Melt a small amount of chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and use a toothpick to draw a face. 5.It's done. Who? This week they are attempting a 3D baby Grogu cake from The mandalorian Star Wars series. I unboxed the two cakes and was shocked by the results! They both used different tecniques to attempt the realistic carved cake including fondant, buttercream and poured sugar. How can three cakes look SOOOO different?   • Raspberry Fresh Caramel with Wrapping Tips フランボワーズ生キャラメル(ラッピングアイデア付き)

    I made a gorgeous fresh caramel with chocolate-colored caramel and brightly colored raspberries on top. You can add spices if you like for a more mature taste. *Recipe*. 1.Crush 5g of dried raspberries appropriately. 2.Put 320g of granulated sugar, 50g of starch syrup and 80g of water in a pan and heat. 3.Boil gently over small medium heat without stirring until caramelized. 4.Remove from the heat and when it stops boiling, stir in 200ml of fresh cream and 80g of unsalted butter. 5.Bring to a simmer over stronger low heat while mixing.It will take quite a while. 6.Pour a few drops of the caramelized liquid into ice water, scoop it up by hand, and check how well it is boiled down.If it doesn't stick to your hands and forms a lump, it's OK. At first, you may be confused about how much to boil down, but this is what caramel looks like. 7.Remove from heat and add spices if you like. This time, I sprinkled cinnamon powder 45 times and nutmeg powder 10 times. 8.Pour 1cm thick into a mold with an oven sheet.This time I used an 18cm square mold.There was a little leftover caramel liquid, so I put it in another mold. 9.When cooled slightly, sprinkle with (1) dried raspberries. 10.Place in the refrigerator to chill. 11.While still cold, cut into pieces. It is difficult to cut into pieces when it becomes soft, so cut while cooling in the refrigerator. This time, I cut it into pieces of about 3✖️2.2cm. 12.Done.They soften quickly even at body temperature, so it's hard to wrap them in parchment paper. This time, I wrapped them in an oblate that I bought at a pharmacy. It's easy to wrap and easy to eat. チョコレートのようにこっくりと色づいたキャラメルに色鮮やかなフランボワーズをのせた華やかな生キャラメル作りました。お好みでスパイスを入れると大人な味になりますよ。 *レシピ* 1.ドライフランボワーズ 5gを適当に砕いておく。 2.鍋にグラニュー糖 320g、水飴 50g、水 80gを入れ火にかける。 3.小さめの中火でかき回さずに静かにキャラメル色になるまで煮る。 4.火からおろし、沸騰がおさまったら、生クリーム 200ml、無塩バター 80gを入れ混ぜる。 5.強めの弱火にかけ、混ぜながら煮詰める。結構時間かかります。 6.氷水にキャラメル液を数滴たらし、手で掬い上げ、煮詰め具合を確認する。手につかず塊になったらOKです。最初は煮詰め具合に迷うけど、キャラメルってこんな感じだなってなります。 7.火からおろし、お好みでスパイスを加える。今回、シナモンパウダー 45回、ナツメグパウダーを10回振り入れました。 8.オーブンシートを敷いた型に1cmの厚さに流し込む。今回、18cmのスクエア型を使用。キャラメル液が少し余りましたので別の型に入れました。 9.少し冷めたら(1)のドライフランボワーズを散らす。 10.冷蔵庫で冷やす。 11.冷えているうちに切り分ける。柔らかくなると切り分けづらいので、冷蔵庫で冷やしながら切る。今回、3✖️2.2cm程度に切り分けました。 12.でけた。体温でも柔らかくなるのが早いのでパーチメントペーパーには包みづらいです。今回、ボンタンアメのように薬局で買ったオブラートに包んでみました。ラッピングしやすく食べやすいです。 #Raspberry #FreshCaramel #WrappingTips #Recipes #フランボワーズ #生キャラメル #作り方 #ラッピングアイデア

    This is a favorite South African classic fridge tart that uses powdered coffee creamer. It is called a cremora tart because of a Nestle brand of coffee creamer by that name. I first saw this one on Emmy's channel @emmymadeinjapan The base can be made of crushed or whole flat cookies. I think this would be very good with a classic graham wafer crust. I will try this one again with some blueberry topping. It is a perfect dessert to showcase other flavours. 2 Cups coffee mate powdered creamer (or other non-dairy coffee creamer) 1/2 cup cold water 1 -10oz sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup lemon juice Blend water with creamer until smooth Blend in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.     I made Japanese traditional candy Wagashi Tsubaki-mochi. Tsubaki means Camellia in Japanese, and Tsubaki-mochi is the oldest sweets in Japan and it's said to be the origin of Japanese sweets Wagashi. This candy consists of domyojiko(kind of sticky rice), red sweet bean paste"anko" inside, and it is sandwiched between two camellia leaves. Tsubaki-mochi has been around since the Heian period(794 to 1185) and is also described in the famous "The Tale of Genji" in Japanese literature.     Great last minute recipe for New Year's Eve. ***NOTE*** I made an error in the video on the ravioli. I say the half recipe has 1/2 cup parmesan put it is actually 1/4 cup for a half recipe. Ravioli coating mix: Full recipe had all of these ingredients doubled, and it make MORE than enough. 1 cup breadcrumbs (I used seasoned Italian crumbs) 1/2 grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp garlic salt, or seasoning salt 1 - 8 oz pack of refrigerated cheese ravioli (frozen is okay too, just defrost) cooking spray Olives: For a 10oz jar of olives: Coating: 3/4 cups flour 2 cups panko crumbs 1 tsp garlic salt or seasoned salt Combine seasoned salt and flour THIS MAKES A TON of coating probably enough for 3 jars of olives.     These baked sandwiches have nothing to do with Halloween or Zombies. I was not able to track down the reason that they are named this way! lol. 3 packets of active dry yeast or 2 and 3/4 tablespoons Dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water. *Note* A "normal" loaf of bread takes one packet of yeast (2 1/4 tsp), this recipe is about two loaves of bread worth of flour. You probably only need 4 1/2 tsp of yeast for this (1 tbsp plus 1 1/4 tsp). 1 1/4 cup warm water 7 tbsp granulated sugar 7 tbsp vegetable oil 3/4 cup instant non-fat powdered milk 6 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 12 American or cheddar cheese slices Blend dry ingredients and then add in the oil, water and yeast/water mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cut into two pieces and place in 2 greased bowls (or one big one), cover and let rise until doubled in a warm place. Punch down dough and stretch out one of the pieces into the bottom of a half/sheet pan that has been greased. Place cheese slices over top. Top with remaining dough, stretching to edge. Crimp edges to keep cheese from leaking out. Cover and allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter when it comes out of the oven if desired. I have found two stories on how the cheese zombie came to be here are excerpt from the interwebs: "In the late 1950s, a school district in Washington’s Yakima Valley received an excess of subsidized cheese also known as government cheese. Faced with the abundance of dairy, the food services supervisor (or, by other accounts, a local cafeteria cook) invented a new sandwich that soon appeared on cafeteria menus: the Cheese Zombie. Yakima Valley school districts still make the meal, and nostalgic adults can get their Zombie fix from one of the many small shops in the area that also serve the sandwich." OR "In 1963, Decla Phillips and Helen Beloc worked as bakers for Mount Diablo High School (in Concord, California). The duo created the legendary Cheese Zombie by rolling out 144 pounds of dough, then stretching the dough onto baking sheets where it would be covered by a layer of American cheese, followed by another layer of dough. Small circles were cut and the edges were crimped using a special tool to keep the cheese from oozing out once melted. Once baked, the concoction becomes a doughy, gooey, cheesy ball of deliciousness. Served as a brunch treat for the students, Decla and Helen's Cheese Zombie quickly became a favorite and was adopted by schools throughout the East Bay.   • Air Fryer Homemade Tater Tots

    2 lbs potatoes 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/ 2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder Boil potatoes until they are partially cooked, too firm to mash but cooked enough that a fork can be inserted fairly easily. Grate potatoes, add seasoning and stir together Form into tater tot shapes. Place in single layer in a greased air fryer basket and then bake at 350F for about 15 minutes, shaking or turning the tots every five minutes or so (until golden brown).     i bought at Japanese style Lucky bags at Wagashi shop and Starbucks in Kyoto.Fukudama is sold at Kyoto in Dec.they are traditional design,but it looks like a Monster's Ball of Pokémon. this time, i bought two types of Fukudama,one is traditional,and another is from Starbucks coffee version. traditional one has monaka skin that consists with mochi.and fukudama contains cute lucky items or charms. it's known as Geisha and Maiko's New Year Gift called "Otoshidama".Geisha and Maiko get Fukudama from their customer as new year gift. traditional Geisha's edible Fukudama costs 3,000yen,and Starbucks coffee Fukudama costs 2,300yen.which Fukudama do you like?;) attention In the video, I'm eating Fukutama skin, but I don't really recommend it because of hygiene issues.   • Twix Thumbprint Cookies

    These thumbprint cookies have a delicious pocket of chewy caramel and chocolate. They don't taste exactly like Twix candy bars, but they are good! Found the cookie recipe in a magazine (basic sugar cookie recipe). 2 3/4 cups flour 1 cup butter (room temperature, I use salted butter) 1/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 1 1/2 cup white granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla about 25 caramels melted together with 1 1/2 tbsp water about 1 cup of chocolate chips melted. Cream sugar and butter together and blend in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour a little at a time until well combined and you have a stiff, slightly crumbly dough. Take small portions of dough and roll into balls, placing them on a greased or parchment or silicone mat lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Using your finger or some other object like the end of a wooden spoon, make a deep indentation in each cookie ball. Bake at 350F for about 10-15 minutes until bottoms are light brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a small indentation into the bottom of the cookie. Allow to cool on cookie sheet. Spoon small amount of melted caramel/water mixture into the bottom of the indentations. Allow caramel to cool and set.     This fun holiday tree is filled with cheese and topped with wonderful herbs and spices. Ingredients 11 Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed but still cold 7 mozzarella cheese sticks 1/4 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary Instructions Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces. Cut each cheese stick into 5 equal pieces. Wrap a piece of dough around each piece of cheese to completely enclose and pinch tightly to seal. Dip each one in butter and roll in parmesan cheese. Arrange stuffed dough balls onto a sprayed baking sheet in the shape of a tree using 2 for the trunk and 7 for the bottom layer of the tree. Place them about 1/2 inch apart. Continue up the tree using one less on each row. Cluster 3 around the top roll to make the star. Let rise for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 350F 15-20 minutes.     Nothing better than a Dutch Oven filled with bread, butter, and garlic. Ingredients 36 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed 1 stick butter, cut into cubes garlic salt Instructions Prepare your charcoal briquettes. This bakes at 350ºF so you will need 25 (17 on top, 8 underneath). Remove oven lid. Spray inside your 12-inch Dutch Oven with nonstick spray. Cut each roll into 3-4 pieces. Place 12 cut apart rolls on the bottom of the oven. Sprinkle with 1/3 oven the butter and some garlic salt. Layer twice more with remaining rolls and butter, sprinkling garlic salt in each layer as well. Cover with Dutch oven lid and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350ºF by placing 17 charcoal briquettes on top of Dutch Oven lid and 8 charcoal briquettes underneath the Dutch Oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls on top are golden.

    Make your scalloped potatoes a handheld treat with Rhodes. These cheesy potatoes are sure to disappear from your table! Ingredients 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature 2 medium russet potatoes, sliced thinly 3/4 cup cheddar, shredded and divided 1 Tbsp oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp butter 3/4 cup milk 1 Tbsp flour Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Place all of the sliced potatoes in a bowl, drizzle with oil and add salt pepper and garlic. Toss to combine. Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray. Roll out each roll to a 5 inch circle. Place each rolled out roll in each cup. Using 1/4 cup cheddar, evenly distribute cheese in the bottom of the cups. Evenly distribute potato slices by standing them up in each cup. Melt butter in a pot on the stove over medium heat. Once melted and bubbling, whisk in flour. Once the flour is combined with butter and there are no clumps, slowly whisk in milk. Let the mixture thicken while stirring, this should take around 3-5 minutes. Whisk in 1/2 cup cheddar. Evenly distribute the cheese sauce among the potato cups. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese sauce has become golden on top. Remove and serve warm. Baking Notes 8-12 hours before making, place 12 Dinner Rolls in a sprayed muffin tin. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and place in a fridge. By the time it is time to make these Scalloped Potato Cups, the rolls will be thawed and ready to roll out. These can be baked on a smoker or grill over indirect heat at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Watch the temperature closely to make sure heat isn’t getting too hot or cold. Keep the lid closed as much as possible.

Ingredients 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature vegetable shortening Sweet toppings: powdered sugar, butter, jam or honey, if desired Savory toppings: taco fillings, chili, etc. Instructions Pour oil 2 to 3-inches deep into a pan or an electric frying pan, and heat to medium-high setting or 375 degrees F. (Camp stoves can be less precise, so just heat the oil until a small piece of dough immediately bubbles when placed in the pan.) Flatten each roll into a 4-inch circle. But of course, you can host a bake sale to fundraise for girls' education any time of year!! She's the First is a nonprofit organization that fights gender inequality through education. They support girls' education in low-income countries so those girls can be the first in their family to graduate high school, and they train students everywhere to be global leaders. With their #BakeAChange campaign, they encourage people to hold bake sales to fundraise for girls' education! The classic Bake a Change dessert is the tie-dye cupcakes (recipe here), but today I thought I would show another fun alternative 😊 Enjoy!! Just a quick *LIFE UPDATE* because wowow August was a crazy month 😱 For the first two weeks, I was completely immersed in the cookbook photoshoot in which I baked every recipe from the cookbook within 14 days!! From 5:30am to 2:00-3:00am, I worked and baked nonstop. It definitely tested my stamina beyond what I thought was possible. But it was a great learning experience, and the photos came out SO CUTE AHHHHH I can't wait for y'all to see!!!!!!! Then just two days after we wrapped, I left for South Korea/Japan for a fun vacation with some of my friends from college. I didn't share too much of it on social media because I wanted to be in the moment and absorb--apologizes about that! But we had an amazing time, and now I'm finally back in business working again! I wish I had more than 24 hrs in the days so I could film/post more content for you all, but just know I'm working my absolute hardest. It bums me out that the work I'm putting in won't be seen for awhile, so it must seem like I've been slacking from your perspective.
