What a pleasure to read through this inspiring book of memories and recipes! I really enjoyed accompanying the author on her travels around the world and learning from her insights and wonderful spirit. It was an exciting read I know I will turn to again and again.
I also have already tried some of the delicious recipes and they were wholesome and definitely keepers. My favorite so far is the zucchini frittata, which we enjoy for either breakfast or dinner, with fresh fruit. I was inspired to learn how to better nourish myself and my friends and family through her words and travel and, of course, her cooking, too!
